Diplomová práce se zabývá bezpečností pneumatických lisů a posouzením rizik spojených s provozem tohoto strojního zařízení. V teoretické části práce je popsán model malého pneumatického lisu s jeho elektrickými a mechanickými komponenty. Zadáním práce byla rekonstrukce malého pneumatického lisu, spočívající v nahrazení původního PLC a jeho potřebných součástí modernějším modelem PLC 1769-L33ERMS od firmy AllenBradley. Práce dále obsahuje posouzení rizik strojního zařízení dle normy ČSN EN ISO 12100. Dle vypracovaného posouzení rizik byly navrženy potřebné bezpečnostní úpravy. Navržené bezpečnostní úpravy byly později aplikovány a ověřeny. Práce se dále zabývá vytvořením programu pro safety PLC a též vytvořením vizualizace. Závěrem je vypracována technická dokumentace s návrhem Prohlášení o shodě. The diploma thesis deals with the safety of pneumatic presses and the assessment of risks associated with the operation of this machinery. The theoretical part of the thesis describes a model of a small pneumatic press with its electrical and mechanical components. The task of the thesis was the reconstruction of a small pneumatic press, consisting in the replacement of the original PLC and its necessary components with a more modern model PLC 1769-L33ERMS from Allen-Bradley. The work also includes a risk assessment of the machinery according to EN ISO 12100. According to the risk assessment, the necessary safety modifications were proposed. The proposed safety modifications were later applied and verified. The thesis also deals with the development of the safety PLC program and also the development of the visualization. Finally, the technical documentation with a draft Declaration of Conformity is developed.
