Here are given duties and responsibilities of authorized persons during the construction process. The description of qualifications that are needed for various activities in the construction industry is also included. This paper describes practical examples for a better understanding of this issue.

Search on land-use planning documentation and evaluation of suitability of the location of the upper reservoir of pump storage power plant

This bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the suitability of the location of the upper reservoir of the pumping hydroelectric power plant and on the route of penstocks in terms of intervention in the territory. In the introductory theoretical part the pumping hydroelectric power plant is described generally, mainly in terms of its arrangement and functionality. Further, the theoretical part describes the characteristics of the area around the port town of Vaňov, which is situated in the northwest of the Czech Republic, where the power plant should be placed. In the practical part of this thesis the location of the upper reservoir and two variants of the route of the penstocks are evaluated. Using base map and land-use planning documentation an analysis and evaluation of the intervention in the current territory was carried out. Based on the evaluation, a more suitable option of the route of the penstocks is chosen and recommended.

The project will respect the requirements of territorial planning documentation. The object is part of the basement. With two residential floors above the ground. A simple saddle roof. The House is designed in the porous concrete from Ytong.

The subject of the bachelor thesis "Risk flood analysis" is the processing risk flood analysis on the selected location Thaya flow. Flood Hazard Maps, Flood Danger Maps and Flood Risk Maps for the flow of Q5, Q20 and Q100 are constructed based on available data in accordance with Directive 2007/60/EC. The work was processed in the GIS.

Development of urban planning in the selected location

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the development of area planning documents and area planning documetation of the city Trhové Sviny. I especially focused on the cadastral area of Trhové Sviny, while other cadastral areas that are included in the area plan are described only in certain cases. In terms of area planning documentation, I dealt in detail with the area plan of the town Trhové Sviny, especially issue of transport infrastructure and its possible solution in the form of relocation of second - class roads passing trough the town Trhové Sviny. Next, I focused in details area study of the verification of the modification and completion of the corridor of the city bypass, where I dealt in detail with the planned northern bypass of the town of Trhové Sviny and its variants. I also focused a area studii No. 54 in the locality above the town and the area study "behind the saw", which relate to the provision of housing in the toown of Trhové Sviny. I focused only marginally change the No. 1 area plan Trhové Sviny and No. 2 area plan Trhové Sviny, which concern only the definition of new small buildable areas.

Legal concepts of administrative law restricting the right to property Within the legal order a lot of legal concepts can be found which restrict fundamental constitutionally guaranteed right to property, respectively which can restrict it. The dissertation focuses on analysis of selected legal concepts which are regulated by administrative law and through which is interfered with the right to property. In the Czech Republic the right to property is guaranteed by the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms and at European level by the Protocol to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. The thesis is divided into three main chapters which are further divided into individual sub-chapters. The first chapter deals with the characteristic, definition and categorization of particular legal concepts restricting the right to property. The second chapter focuses on the right to property itself, especially on constitutional basis, limits and its protection. In the relation to the topic of the dissertation it is also important to define how these legal concepts are enshrined in the legal order and which form of administrative activities they result in. Assessment of urban planning documentation development in selected locality

The Master Thesis deals with the evaluation of the development of territorial plans documentation in the cadastral territory of the town Trebon. The main objective is the evaluation and comparison of the spatial arrangement of the individual functional areas in the territorial plans from the years 1959, 1976, 1993 and 2012; and the contribution of the plans to the development, accouterment, and protection of the examined territory. Another part of the thesis is an own proposal of changes to the current territorial plan. The theoretical part deals with the basic concepts, the history of the legal regulation of spatial planning in the Czech Republic, forms, subjects and processes in spatial planning, the geography of the city and suburbanization. The methodological part describes the database with the issue of its acquisition; the methodical procedure of unifying the legends of the individual spatial plans; and the characteristics of the examined territory. In the analytical part, there is evaluated the historical development of the building composition in Trebon, the conclusions regarding the representation of the individual functional areas in the spatial plans and the comparison of their development. An important component of the thesis is the map outputs presenting the spatial arrangement of functional areas in the territory of Trebon in the analyzed territorial plans.

Development of urban planning documents in the selected location

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the developement of area planning documents and area planning documentation of the city Kaplice. I especially focused on the cadastral area of Kaplice, while other cadastral areas ale only generally characterized. From the area planning documents I summarized the conclusions of the fourth update of the territorial analytical data analysis of the so called RURU ORP Kaplice, which is concerned with the sustainable developement of the municipality Kaplice, and of other individual area studies, which are registered in the area planning register. For the area planning documentation, I discussed the first amendment of the area plan of the city Kaplice in detail. This acquisition was mainly caused by second stage of the new city bypass, which was chosen together with the investor, Jihočeský kraj (South Bohemian region). Furthermore, the alteration on the Hradišťské hill specified the developable land for the construction of an observation tower. After a detailed analysis of the area changes of Kaplice and the first amendment of the area planning of Kaplice, I conclude a potential second amendment of the area plan, which I wrote as an iniciative of change, including a graphic part.

Minimal standard for making land-use plans and their follow utilization

The MA thesis deals with the issue of creating a spatial plan as one of the most important documents which regulate the state of using individual spaces within the Hradec Králové Region from the viewpoint of a Hradec Králové Region Regional Office employee who deals with spatial planning activities as part of his workload. The introduction of this thesis describes the process and the very creation of spatial plans with reference to current legislation that regulates this issue in the Czech Republic. The thesis introduction also describes the Minimum Standard for the Digital Creation of Spatial Plans in the GIS,MINIS project, which is being applied in the Hradec Králové Region as a recommended methodic for creating spatial plans on its territory. The second part of the thesis focuses on the development and evaluation when putting the aforementioned project,methodic in the Hradec Králové Region into practice. As part of the development and evaluation, the impact of creating spatial plans per the cited project,methodic, which concerns all the affected subjects dealing with the issue of creating and subsequently using a spatial plan, will be evaluated. An analysis has also been made based on these evaluations and analyses, whether the Hradec Králové Region selected an appropriate strategy concerning support, which recommends the MINIS methodic when creating spatial plans on its own territory.
