The master’s thesis concerns with a theme of increasing competitiveness of a foreign exchange company. The theoretical part of the work includes knowledge about competitiveness of the company and service specifications. In the practical part knowledge are applied to a specific company. Based on the analysis of the company and her environment are created proposals for increasing competitiveness of the company.

This batchelor´s thesis deals with composition of marketing sales support proposition for company Auto RS, v. o. s., which specialises in car parts sales for all the types of vehicles, distribution of accessories and distribution of LPG fuel. Composition of this proposition will be based on analysis of the company and competition in area of marketing support. The aim of this proposition is to strengthen the ability to compete and to gain more regular customers than up until now.

The thesis examines key internal and external factors related to the implementation of business strategy of the company, evaluates them and proposes concrete implementation of IT/IS tools to support achievement of strategic goals.

The present bachelor thesis deals with searching for suggestions how to improve the existing “corporate culture” in a specific company. The effort will be made to search for such solutions that will maintain the existing clientele and also attract new clients. In one part of the thesis the personnel problems inside the organization with negative influence on its overall functioning will be looked into.

Bakalářská práce se zabývá rozvojem značky u začínající firmy Prostěvize s.r.o., která se zabývá home stagingem, což znamená příprava nemovitosti, před prodejem na realitním trhu. V práci je sepsán teoretický koncept, který je vhodný pro rozvoj společnosti a její značky. Jako první je analyzovaná současná situace společnosti, poté její značka, konkurence a také názory klientů. Všechny tyto poznatky jsou použity pro návrhy, které mají za úkol rozvíjet značku společnosti Prostěvize s.r.o.

Master thesis focuses on developing proposals for strengthening competitiveness of a company engaged in the development, manufacture and sale of electronic light sources with glass or plastic shades. Aim of the thesis is to process and evaluate proposals for measures leading to strengthening company’s competitiveness on the Czech market and contributing to ensure company's sales growth on the market. The proposals are based on theoretical knowledge gained from professional literature and on analyses of the current state of the company.
