Interior Design of a Café

The thesis deals with the reconstruction of the café in a historic building on Svoboda Square in Mohelnice. To the revitalized interior, dominated by brick vault was introduced a new and fresh design. The café has two basic spaces. In the first lighter room is located bar and a few tables with long benches and chairs. The back room features a private sitting area overlooking the atrium of the building. Simple shapes and natural materials create contrast with the historic vault. Use indirect lighting is achieved pleasant and intimate atmosphere. An essential element of the interior is a custom made chair that their morphology fit into the concept of the café.
Study of metallothionein conjugates by electromigration methods

The bachelor thesis deals with the study of conjugates of metallothionein (MT) with fluorescent nanoparticles using electromigration methods. Particular attention is paid to the preparation and characterization of quantum dots (QDs) and their bioconjugates with the metallothionein protein, whose separation conditions (concentration and suitable electrolyte pH) have been carefully optimized. For the preparation of QDs, the action of UV radiation for one type of quantum dots and the thermal action of high temperature for the second type of species were used. Conjugation of QDs to the protein was performed via a carbodiimide-zero-length crosslinker (EDC / sulfo-NHS), which activates carboxyl groups and allows bioconjugation of the ligand by covalent bonding. The resulting bioconjugates were studied by capillary electrophoresis with absorption detection ( 214).
Regulation of triglyceride metabolism in circulation in postprandial phase.

Increased triglyceride (TG) concentration has been generally accepted as a risk factor for ischemic heart disease and, therefore, lowering TG is therapeutic target that should reduce cardiovascular disease risk. Traditionally, concentration of TG is measured in the fasting state (8-12 hours after an overnight fasting) mainly because the rise in TG levels after meal leads to the high variation in TG values. However, human beings spend larger portion of the day in a postprandial state and postprandial hypertriglyceridemia may then play a substantial role in determination of cardiovascular disease risk. The increased and prolonged postprandial lipemia has been found in patients with coronary heart disease. Moreover, recent data from Copenhagen Heart Study point out that the non-fasting TG concentration is associated with cardiovascular disease risk more tightly than the fasting TG concentration. Importantly, concentration of non-fasting TG is substantially affected by individual behavioural habits such as diet composition and physical activity. It remains to be determined whether it would be appropriate to identify individuals at higher risk of cardiovascular disease due to increased postprandial TG using tolerance test analogous to glucose tolerance test. Marriage The aim of this thesis is to describe legal institution of marriage - from the conclusion of marriage to the ending of it - according to the current legislation. I compare main changes introduced by the new Civil Code with legislation before 1st of January 2014. The reason I chose this topic was the fact that institute of marriage affects everyday life of almost every individual. My thesis is composed of five chapters. Each of them deals with different aspects of marriage. Besides these five chapters this thesis includes Introduction, Conclusion, Index of Appendices and the List of Bibliographical References. Chapter one concentrates on the most important changes in the Family law area during the modern history, including recent recodification of private law. This chapter also contains summary of the main legal sources of marital law and examines the term marriage itself and its purpose. Chapter two focuses on the conclusion of marriage. Main focus is on engagement, the actual process of marriage, the purpose of marriage, proceedings preceding the conclusion of marriage and the types of forms of marriage. Christ as Head and Source of Christian Marriage. Exegesis and theological relflection on Eph 5,21-33

The Abstract In her work the author deals with Christian marriage whose source and ideal is Christ in his relation to the Church, as it is presented in the paraenetical text of Eph 5:21-33. After the circumstances of the origin of the Letter has been presented, the author analyzes the paraenesis on the marriage itself applying the Historical and Literary Criticism, further she emphasizes its message and in this way points to the permanent relevance of the studied biblical text. This basic source is thereafter used as the point of departure for reflections on different fields as the theological anthropology, the sacramental theology and moral theology, and finds in them the affirmation of dignity and uniqueness of the marital bond and the inspiration for the fruitful life in marriage. Finally the consequences of the text for the spiritual theology are studied, for in the life of Christian spouses the spiritual life plays important role. The author emphasizes also the contribution of the biblical exegesis for development of theological research and points to the importance of interconnection of singular theological disciplines for the integrated vision of the studied reality.

Volatile organic compounds (VOC) play an important role in the tropospheric chemical system. Together with oxides of nitrogen they form two major components of reactions leading to low-level ozone formation. Volatile organic compounds are emitted into the atmosphere from an- thropogenic as well as from biogenic sources. In global, VOCs from natural sources are approximately ten times higher in magnitude than those of anthropogenic origin. Biogenic VOCs are emitted from various sources among which the forest ecosystems predominate. Group of VOCs of natural origin comprises wide range of chemical com- pounds. Those emitted in highest concentrations are isoprene and group of monoter- penes. Emissions of biogenic VOCs from the area of the Czech Republic have been es- timated based on the high resolution land cover data giving detailed information of sigle tree species...
