The impact of recent trends in dieting on consumer behaviour in Czech republic in marketing

This diploma thesis analyses the impact of alternative trends in dieting on consumer behaviour in Czech Republic. Alternative diets and healthy lifestyle are nowadays very popular topics and a lot of consumers are changing their preferences towards alternative types of dining. These changes are affecting producers which need to adapt their supply to market needs which is also affecting their marketing orientation towards these consumers. The aim of this thesis is to review actual trends in dieting and to show their impact on consumer behaviour. The aim of the thesis is also to suggest marketing recommendations which are connected with new trends and evaluate financial burden of particular trends on consumers. The thesis is focused on detailed description of actual trends in dieting, health impacts connected with the new trends and their actual occurrence in Czech Republic. Analysis is based on qualitative research in the form of semi-structured interviews and quantitative research in the form of questionnaire. The MML-TGI data and actual research papers are also used in the thesis. Based on the semi-structured interview and method of open coding are uncovered important categories which are affecting particular consumers. Subsequently based on the multi-regression analysis is estimated the impact of particular trends in dieting on healthy lifestyle of consumers. The results show that actual trends have significant impact on orientation of consumers towards healthy lifestyle. Based on the multi-regression analysis also other factors affecting consumers in a way to live healthier are discovered. From the results can be seen that the alternative trends do not need to be automatically connected with higher financial burden. According to the research results are suggested complex marketing recommendations. Marketing recommendations are focused on effective promotion of products, potential business opportunities and recommendations how to approach the consumers.
Online marketing of brand L’Oréal Professionnel

The aim of this master thesis is to analyse and evaluate marketing activities of the brand LOréal Professionnel in online environment. Evaluation is based on goals of each used tool. Thesis includes comparison of communication in three countries, where brand applies unified strategy and way of communication. Results are analysed for the Czech republic, Slovakia and Hungary. This thesis include analyse of web pages, search engine marketing and communication on social media. Also emailing is mentioned but there are not so many results since brand started recently with this activity. In the end there are conclusions and recommendations based on analyses of used tools for online marketing.
Analysis of the Communication strategy of ČSOB, a.s.

This thesis deals with the banking market and it is focused on the account in the Czech Republic. The aim is to assess the impacts of the chosen communication strategy on the target group in connection with the launching of new products. The first part focuses on selected theories. The second part deals with the Bank itself and analyzes the current communication strategy. The last part research examines the effectiveness of communication campaign and the impact of the new strategy on changes of consumer perceptions and decisions. Besides the data gained from the primary research, there were a lot of secondary data such as an internal company data and data from the research of MML-TGI or data from Nielsen Admosphere that were used also as well.
The Efficiency of Online Marketing Tools

This Master´s Thesis characterizes and compares three tools of the performance marketing on the internet - Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-per-click advertising (PPC) and Facebook Ads. The theoretical part analyses specific advantages and limitations of each tool and current trends in the development of these tools. The application part compares SEO, PPC and Facebook in terms of the price and quality of visits. The comparison is performed on the data of 74 clients of the Fresh Services digital agency, gathered from 2014 to 2016. It identifies significant differences in prices for the visit among instruments, while the revealed differences in conversion rates have not been proven to be statistically significant. The conclusion provides recommendations for applying these tools to a marketing of small and medium enterprises.
Creation and optimalization Facebook campaign for specific e-shop

This bachelor thesis Creation and optimalization facebook campaign for specific e-shop is about marketing using of social network - Facebook, focusing on e-commerce Rodinnebaleni.cz. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is about the Internet marketing, social networks, Facebook and advertising on it. In the practical part I will deal with the creation of an advertising campaign for e-commerce rodinnebaleni.cz on Facebook. Individual results will be evaluated according to the PNO indicator. According to the results we will see how each ad set is effective. The measures for optimalization leading to the highest possible performance of the campaign gonna be established.
Content Marketing for Lead Generation in B2B Educational and Consulting Services

The aim of this thesis is to acquaint the reader with the issue of content marketing for generating leads and information about potential customers, then to analyze and offer some recommendations for its further use among B2B suppliers of educational and consulting services. The theoretical part discusses three key topics: the specifics of the services and B2B sector; content marketing and the reasons for its inclusion in marketing strategy; and the issue of lead generation as a possible metric of content marketing and sales tool. The practical part of the thesis approaches this topic from the perspective of four representatives of service suppliers, complemented by a point of view of the mediate company IVITERA. This company brings together one of the largest B2B communities in the services sector on the Czech market within its (especially online) media projects. Research was conducted through individual interviews with representatives of all five companies and by an analysis of secondary data, leads and keywords provided by the mediate company.
Cunsumer behavior of Neoluxor customers in charity support point of view

The main goal of the thesis is to learn the dominant factors of consumers behaviour of Neoluxor customers and the influence of institution support in their determination processes. The starting point for customer decisions is the attitude towards the nonprofit sector in general. The theoretical part describes the characteristics of the fundamental activities and terms which are used further in the practical part. The crossing of profit and nonprofit sector in the thesis requires to differentiate understanding of marketing in individual points of view. Corporal responsibility becomes an influencing factor in the strategy of both profit (Neoluxor) and nonprofit organizations (TERIBEAR, Konto Bariéry, ADRA). The practical part selects useful information of secondary research and also, with the results of the questionare, it makes the image of the dominating features of decision making of present and potential customers. The thesis is concluded by the evaluation of results of the research and recommends a more effective cooperation of institutions with the market using Neoluxor network.
Green marketing in the Loving Hut.

In the first part the thesis will deal with the concept of green marketing and its history. The next part is about the basic rules of successful green marketing. In practical part the company Loving hut and its green marketing strategy is briefly introduced. Then the survey is used to analyze customers' perception on the products of this company. The first hypothesis (that vegans constitute only marginal part of Loving Hut's customers) is confirmed by the survey. The second hypothesis (that customers perceive Loving Hut's green activities) is refuted.
Social media marketing in Czech Republic

The subject of this Bachelor's Thesis is an analysis of a social media campaign and a proposal for its future continuation. This thesis is divided into two parts. The first, theoretical, examines online marketing and its specifics. It further focuses on social media's role in an online marketing. The practical part is dedicated to a specific campaign. It first defines the product, its market position in view of it's competitors and an ongoing campaign. The last part proposes a possible changes in the campaign in respect to results gathered from the campaign and informarmation aquired in theoretical part.
Analysis of the communication strategy of one specific beauty brand

The diploma thesis looks into luxury beauty industry. The aim is to define problem areas in the communication strategy of luxury cosmetics brand of specific company with a focus on sales promotion in a specific distribution channel and propose possible solutions for improvement based on the analysis. Verification of the problem and the recommendations for its improvement will take place on the basis of in-depth interview techniques, observation of merchandising in specific distribution chanel and focus group with consumers of the beauty brand.
