Design of boulder chute reconstruction

The aim of the thesis is to design a boulder chute reconstruction for the Rožnovská Bečva watercourse at 10,865 river kilometers. The design proposes adjustments of the watercourse of the total length of 642,8m. The thesis also includes designed parameters for the boulder chute reconstruction at 10,865 river kilometers. The current watercourse capacity was assessed using the HEC-RAS 4.1.0 software and a computational model was made of the parameters of the chute. The capacity of the newly designed riverbed was verified using HEC-RAS 4.1.0. Based on the calculations, the boulder chute reconstruction was designed.

Flood protection of the municipality Brantice

The thesis is concerned with the design of a flood protection for the Brantice municipality, a part of which is an adjustment of the Opava river stream bed, specifically kilometer 77,6554 to 78,7020 and, moreover, a design of a reconstruction of the weir at kilometer 78,340. A capacity assessment of the original stream bed in the built-up area and its surroundings is a part of the thesis, as well as a measure to increase the stream capacity and a design of a boulder chute with a water gate, which replaced the original weir. The program HEC-RAS 4.1.0. was used for the stream capacity calculations.

Providing measured documentation of existing structural and technical conditions of a single-family house in Brno

The diploma thesis deals with the passport of family houses and its creation. The first part describes the building condition survey from a theoretical point of view, its advantages, purposes and sorting, possible owners and so its legislative background. Thereafter it describes in detail the procedure of making the passport and applies the procedure on a particular family house in Brno. Medium passport of the family house focuses on describing the structural and technical condition. It also describes the current faults, errors and methods whose reveals them. Subsequently, the proposals for solution of these adjustments follows together with the resolution of emergency in specific cases.

Correlation of nystagm and postural disfunction

This bachelor's thesis deal with causal connection between congenital involuntary abnormalities of visual fixation, particularly nystagmus and lowering of the quality of the postural systeme. This work is divided to two main parts, which are: Teoretical rewiew and practical study. In the theoretical part I put describcion of human postural systeme, including structure, function and consequences with human physiology in biopsychosocial model of health. There are also mentioned some of the examination methods, aimed to the human motor control system in standing and the gait test. Furthermore there are characterizationes of selected diseases, affecting motor system. The practical study, compares two groupes of probands. One of them is group, including persons with congenital nystagmus of ophthalmology ethiology and second one includes "healthy" persons, without any neurology diagnosis. The comparation is based on consequences of clinical tests, specialized to balance in stance and gait. The consequences of the comparation apparenty mean, that there is a statistical significant connection between the visual fixation and the postural system in this selection of probands. The Life-style of the French Family

Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám studiem současné francouzské rodiny, která mi má být podkladem k vyjádření se k problému francouzské "národní" mentality, která je do značné míry ovlivňována životním stylem. Výchozím bodem mého zkoumání jsou poznatky mé babičky, která vyrůstala ve Francii. Tento přístup jsem doplnila studiem literatury z 2. poloviny 20. století a nakonec posledním přínosem ke zjištění dané problematiky jsem přidala své vlastní zkušenosti s poznáním životního stylu jedné konkrétní rodiny, která je známou rodinou mé babičky, s níž udržuje stále kontakt. Právě kontinuita příběhů této dané rodiny může naznačit historické proměny, k nimž docházelo v průběhu vývoje zmíněných rodin. The intergration of the mothers and their children into the community after leaving The home for mothers with children in Český Krumlov

The main aim of this work was to analyze the impact of the stay in The Home for Mothers with Children in Český Krumlov on the social integration of the mothers and their children after their departure. My bachelor´s thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the family, its function, types and defects. I focus particularly on the single-parent families and their problems. The next chapter is devoted to shelters, especially The Home for Mothers with Children in Český Krumlov. The practical part consists of the quantitative research. During the evaluation it was used the register kept in the Home for Mothers with Children in the years 2004-2013.

Institute "Debtor-in-possession financing" in insolvency proceedings

The Master's Thesis is focused on the problem of securing an operational cash flow for maintaining entrepreneurship activities of organizations that enter into insolvency proceedings because of their insolvency or excessive indebtedness. This issue is addressed by the insolvency law through a new institute of debtor-in-possession financing which is a part of the main purpose of this law to assist companies that have a certain economic potential to create value added in the future prospect. The issue is with obtaining such post-petition financing because there is not many banking or non-banking institutions that would provide this high-risk financing. From the above-mentioned reason, an idea has been developed with the cooperation of Česká Spořitelna a.s. to create a new credit product provided by the banking institution for the Czech financial market. The assessment of rationality, effectiveness, and recoverability, as well as the proposal of standards and requirements for completion of contracts and their structure about debtor-in-possession financing are compiled in the Master's Thesis.
