Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou pasportu rodinných domů a jeho vytváření. První část práce popisuje pasportizaci z teoretického hlediska, její výhody, účely a rozdělení, možné zadavatele pasportizace a také její legislativní zázemí. Podrobně se zaměřuje na postup vypracování pasportu a tento postup aplikuje na rodinném domě v Brně. Střední pasport rodinného domu se zaměřuje na popis jeho stavebně technického stavu, popisuje stávající vady a poruchy a způsoby, kterými byly objeveny. Následuje vždy návrh řešení těchto úprav s rozlišením naléhavosti v konkrétních případech. The diploma thesis deals with the passport of family houses and its creation. The first part describes the building condition survey from a theoretical point of view, its advantages, purposes and sorting, possible owners and so its legislative background. Thereafter it describes in detail the procedure of making the passport and applies the procedure on a particular family house in Brno. Medium passport of the family house focuses on describing the structural and technical condition. It also describes the current faults, errors and methods whose reveals them. Subsequently, the proposals for solution of these adjustments follows together with the resolution of emergency in specific cases.
