Title: Popularity of the sports media in the press and on the Internet - the sociodemographic profile of readers Target: The aim of thesis is to analyze the popularity of the media in sport. The thesis is focused on the sports media in the press and on the Internet and their development over the last few years. Own contribution of the thesis is the creation of socio-demographic profile of reader and exploring its relationship to sport. After that created profiles are compared to find similarities and differences. Methods: The research part of the thesis is based on analysis and processing of data from market research. Research is focused on sports media in print and on the internet, therefore is the final chapter of the research used the method of comparison that reveals differences and similarities of both types of media. The theoretical part of the thesis uses methods of analysis of documents. Results: The results of the thesis show us that print and online media experience different time and this is also reflected in the sports media. The print media loses popularity and their future is uncertain, on the the other side online media have experienced a sharp increase in popularity in recent years. Title: The Implementation of the Project "Neberte nám naši hru" and the Proposals to its Improvement Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is a detailed description of the project "Neberte nám naši hru" and based on the research methods which proposed changes for future years of the project. Methods: For a description of the project was used a method of observation in the role of a full member, and an analysis of documents. The parents of children were inquired by questionnaire construction to find out how they had perceived the project. To obtain expert opinions on the realization of the project and its media coverage were carried out two qualitative interviews. Results: The project "Neberte nám naši hru" is perceived by the target group very positively in terms of its main ideas and implementation. In other years can be recommended especially year-round communicate of the project ideas towards the football public in Prague. Within the year-round communication proposes the inclusion of new elements between project activities that should more attractive the project for the participants and for the media, which would contribute to increasing public awareness of the project and its ideas. Research on purchasing behaviour of runners in choosing running shoes

Title: Research on purchasing behaviour of runners in choosing running shoes Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to identify and describe purchasing behaviour of runners in all the phases of choosing running shoes. Purchasing behaviour is therefore investigated in the phase before purchasing running shoes, when purchasing running shoes and after that as well. Methods: An online survey method through a specialized website Click4survey has been used to obtain the resulting data. A questionnaire consisting of 26 questions, which helped to determine the results and to achieve the objectives of this thesis, was created on this website. Results: Purchasing behavior of runners in choosing running shoes was described based on information obtained from the online questionnaire. Runners collect information mostly from the internet, they highlight the comfort of the running shoes and they belong rather to satisfied and loyal customers. The ascertained values have brought also other interesting findings and also have brought a new perspective on the issue of purchasing behavior and decision-making process of a very specific customer group, the runners. Title: Marketing research of PSG Zlín fans' satisfaction Objectives: The aim of the diploma thesis is to find PSG Zlín fans' satisfaction and propose actions that would lead to an increase fans' satisfaction in following seasons. Methods: To determine the satisfaction of the fans of the PSG Zlin hockey club it has been used the method of a quantitative research with the help of an electronic questionnaire. This electronic questionnaire based on a large sample of fans enables to uncover sufficient data and analyses fans' satisfaction by various aspects. Results: The analysis and interpretation of data gained from marketing research have found that fans are very satisfied with many aspects. The most important thing for fans is the atmosphere in the stadium and the sport performance. The least interesting aspect was the supporting program, whom the fans are not completely satisfied. Overall, the greatest range for improvement was found in the allocation of a place for families and the improving of service during home matches. Regarding social networks, websites and merchandising exists mostly good satisfaction about the value of 2 (1 - very satisfied, 5 - very dissatisfied). The Marketing Strategy for fitness center Esporta

Title: The Marketing Strategy for fitness center Esporta Objectives: The thesis aims to create a marketing strategy for Esporta Fitness Club. Next on the analysis of the competition it was found out, which fitness centre in exact area is the biggest threat. Finally there were completed promotional program and materials for every target group. Methods: The analysis of the competition was performed by using scoring model and the individual criteria were subsequently evaluated. Next the SWOT analysis was also prepared. There were analyzed strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Also the interviewes with selected clients of fitness center were conducted. Results: The analysis of the competition showed that the biggest threat is for Esporta Fitness Club newly opened centre Pulse Wellness and Fitness. Mainly due to the favorable price offered to its clients and a wide range of services. The interviews with longtime clients showed that four out of five of those surveyed are satisfied with the fitness center and want to continue to visit it. Only one client said that knows even better fitness center. Quality of sport services in sport centrum Jeremi Sport from the customer perspective

Title: Service quality according to customers in sports centre Jeremi Objective: The main goal of this thesis is to execute a marketing research of service quality in sports centre Jeremi. The research is done by a questionnaire survey with the aid of Brady model. Suggestions recommendations for improvements service quality in sports centre Jeremi are made on the basis of compiled results. Methods: Brady model which deals with service quality perception is used for the research. Individual dimensions of this model are studied by a customer-oriented questionnaire survey. The estimation made by the management of sports centre Jeremi and my own direct monitoring were also included in the research. Results: The research results are represented by graphs, cross classification and tables. Shortcomings which should be improved according to customers were found. Suggestions and recommendations were created to eliminate these shortcomings. Afterwards, sports centre Jeremi should reach improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction. Title: Corporate identity of a new gentleman's fencing club Tailor's Fencing Club Goals: The goal of this thesis is to create a complete corporate identity of a new fencing club in the form of a business company. The outcome of this thesis will be used for the project of founding a new gentleman fencing club. Methods: For the solution of the thesis I used the method of document analysis, the method of a group discussion with the future realization team of the project, the method of informal interviews with the future co-owner of the club and a marketing and PR expert and the method of observation in several chosen business and sport clubs. Results: The outcome of this thesis is the creation of a complete corporate identity of a new club, including graphic designs of various chapters referring to the corporate identity, such as choosing the right name of the club together with the organization's philosophy, the creation of the logo, corporate colors, printed materials, merchandising, the interior of the club, the uniforms of the employees and the sports equipment, the design of the company's website, followed by the corporate communication and the product of the company. Title: Marketing research of the image of the brand Reebok among people doing CrossFit Annotation: The main objective of the bachelor thesis is to find out what the image of the Reebok brand is like using marketing research. The terms brand and image are explained in the first part of the thesis which include theoretical basis from various literary and electronic sources. The methodology section describes marketing research and its process. The analytical part presents the Reebok brand and CrossFit as sport and brand, the research itself and its results. The last part of the thesis provides suggestions and recommendations for improving the image of the Reebok brand based on the research. Title: Organizational structure of HC Sparta Praha Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is based on an analysis of the organizational structure of czech ice hockey team HC Sparta Praha and to evaluate its individual parts and afterwards introduce suggestions to change it. Methods: To create the bachelors thesis was used qualitative research, from which it was used descriptive case study. Furthermore basic methods were used data acquisition as an observation, analysis of texts and documents, interviews, and video and audio recordings. Results: An analysis of the Organization presents us with different cactivities as well as activities of individual employees and senior managers. The result is that the organizational structure of HC Sparta Praha in the Czech hockey environment ranks among the most sophisticated, it contributes to the fact that the team belongs to Sportovni Holding Praha a. s., which brings together several sports teams and is a unique project. In conclusion, it was proposed to create the position of general manager, empower the financial sector and build a completely new part of the organizational structure, which is a department focused on charity work.
