This work compares five instruments of team analysis, their application, validity, administration and connections. Final findings summarize, if these instruments are compatible, complementary or contradictory. The conclusions also show, if these instruments are subjectively assessed as appropriate and whether the instruments are able to detect team role, personal dispositions and stage of team development. Subjectively assessed as the best instruments for team analysis were showed Bělohlávek team roles test and MBTI personality type test, the higher level of their connection also highlights the link between current team roles and personality dispositions, as expected.
