Detached house with the artworks shop in Vyškov

This Bachelor’s work is focused on the study and contract documents of one duplex family house with two dwelling units with artworks shop in Vyškov. The house is partly with a cellar and has three floors. A garage for both the flats belongs to the house too. The building is partly roofed with a single coat flat roof and partly with an aisle roof. The work also includes architectonical drawings, fire approval and technical appraisal of heating the house.
Timber House

The aim of this bachelor’s work is design of new building of separate detached house. It is a timber house with a basement on the part of the ground plan, one ground floor and a flat sodded roof. The supporting part of walls creates column sandwich structure. The sheating is designed as a ventilated timber facade. The house is suitable for four-member family, with one person with limited mobility. The house is situated in Vřesina, site n. 778/55, cadastral unit Hlučín. The subject of seminar paper is “Vegetative facades”, and it is a separate supplement of bachelor’s thesis.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the project documentation of a detached house with pharmacy, designed for a family of four. The house is situated in the region South Bohemia in the town Týn nad Vltavou, cadastral district Týn nad Vltavou. The building is designed as a brick building in combination with a skeletal system. Vertical structures are designed from the structural system POROTHERM, concrete block PRESBETON and a monolithic columns. Horizontal structures are designed from the structural system POROTHERM and monolithic ceiling slabs. The house is covered with shed roof and flat roof walkway. Construction of shed roof is made by wooden trusses. The building has two floors.

European Private International Law - Selected Issues: Law Applicable to Contractual Obligations in the Rome Convention and the Rome I Regulation Abstract: The aim of this thesis is to compare the two currently most important regulations concerning unification of the conflict of laws rules for contractual obligations in the EU - The Rome Convention and the Rome I Regulation. The former had since 1. July 2006 replaced the Czech Private International Law Act 1963 before being itself replaced by the latter, starting from 18. December 2009. With regard to non-retroactivity, both regulations will be in practice used alongside one another for a while, including the old Czech Private International Law Act 1963, but only in areas outside the material scope of both the Rome Convention and the Rome I Regulation. The thesis deals with major aspects of both regulations connected with choice of law, limitations thereof, and rules in the absence of a choice of law. Current conflict-of- laws rules rest on four main principles: 1) autonomy of the parties to choose the applicable law; 2) a unified system of conflict rules in the absence of a choice of law; 3) limitations for the protection of the weaker party or public policy; 4) ECJ's power of binding interpretations of both regulations to ensure uniform application. The Hlinky Hotel

Diploma thesis deals with project documentation for construction of the facility. Specifically, it is a hotel on the street Hlinky in Brno. Hotel capacity is 58 beds and 60 seated restaurant. The building will have one floor underground and five floors above ground. The building will have a bearing structure of reinforced concrete monolithic skeleton, accompanied by reinforcing monolithic wall. External walls will be created by filling the porous masonry blocks. Horizontal framework will be created locally supported monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The roof of the hotel is flat. In 4th and 5th floor are created terraces.

The house is destined for two families and aeromodelling shop located in this house. This house is situated in the urban area in the suburbs. The house is partly basement and has three floors and flat roof. There are two parts on the first floor. The first part consists of the aero model shop, warehouse and office. In the second part is located the entrance hall with staircase, garage and utility room. The second and the third floors are destined for living. The building is made of brick construction system Heluz.

The thesis solves a project documentation of detached house with office suplies shop in Vyškov. The object is designed as a three-floor with partial basement and garage. Family house is uneven rectangular in shape, staffed by sloping terrain. In basement is situated technical room and cellars. The first floor is used for operating purposes. Here is located office suplies shop with facilities for employees, two garage with workroom and communal room for garden tools. Acces road to the office suplies shop and sales area indoors are designed for disabled person. In other floor are two independent duplex flats for family of four to five. Object includes terraces and balconies. Object is covered by a gable roof with counter dormers. Architectural and proportional design of the building fits into surrounding development.
