Předmětem této bakalářské práce je návrh a projektová dokumentace dvougeneračního rodinného domu se dvěma bytovými jednotkami a s prodejnou uměleckých předmětů ve Vyškově. Rodinný dům je částečně podsklepený a má tři nadzemní podlaží. Součástí domu je i garáž pro oba byty. Objekt je zčásti zastřešen jednoplášťovou plochou střechou a z části pultovou střechou. Kromě vlastního projektu je součástí i architektonická studie, požární zpráva a tepelně technické posouzení domu. This Bachelor’s work is focused on the study and contract documents of one duplex family house with two dwelling units with artworks shop in Vyškov. The house is partly with a cellar and has three floors. A garage for both the flats belongs to the house too. The building is partly roofed with a single coat flat roof and partly with an aisle roof. The work also includes architectonical drawings, fire approval and technical appraisal of heating the house.
