Application of art therapy elements for students at high special school (practical) The theme of this bachelor thesis is the use of art therapy procedure for pupils from practical two-year high school. The aim of this thesis is to consider the possibilities of using elements of group art therapy for the development of self-knowledge, communication, for strengthening of prosocial ties and increasing of a sense of group belonging. In the narrower sense, art therapy is underwood as a fine art therapy. Theoretical basis of the thesis will be the methods of art therapy, their possibilities and procedures, developmental aspects of maturing, specifics of maturing for pupils with handicaps (mental retardation issues, specific disorders of behavior problems of pupils with social and physical handicaps). In the practical part of the thesis there is described the use of these methods in my own art lessons.
Use of Equine Assisted Therapy with children suffering from behavioral disorders and ADHD

Therapeutic horseback riding is one of the most popular and the most used form of animal based therapy. The term "therapeutic horseback riding" itself is very broad and it consists of four basic branches. The most used, yet least described, is the branch that has been called "pedagogical-psychological horseback riding therapy" since 2011. This branch is further divided into two sub-branches, Equine assisted psychotherapy and Horse-based activities. These two sub-branches overlap each other and are usually conducted together. With school-age children they are mostly used in cases of behavioral disorders and ADHD. The goal of the thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of the methods with children diagnosed as such. The research was realized in "Stredisko hyporehabilitace Pirueta" which operates within the Mental Hospital in Havlickuv Brod. The method of the research was observation of five subjects within the one complete therapy unit. At the beginning and at the end of the unit the tutors of the subjects were given observational scale, which served as supplementary technique for diagnostics. Data obtained from own observation and the data gained from observational scaled matched each other approximately in 90%. The aim is to provide information about conditions that need to be realized in order to make integration real, meaningful and full. The theoretical basis is focusing on the description of the development of visually impaired children, the definition of the education of children with severe visual impairment, the importance of legislation, not least on specifications integrating visually impaired child. Also introduces and defined main conditions for integration process in elementary school, family, or with personal assistant. It deals with the tools which are an integral part of successful integration. In the practical relate the school, where integration of visually impaired children has been realized for several years. Furthermore, the practical part contains a case report of preschool children - girls with severe visual impairment, which is integrated into kindergarten. Bibliotherapy with abandoned children

Bachelor thesis "Bibliotherapy with children in children's homes" is about using the bibliotherapy for children in children's homes. The main target is sum up all theoretic information of bibliotherapy and children's home and then makes a suggestion of suitable bibliotherapeutics techniques and literature for children, who live in children's homes. This project should use as a inspiration for specialist and all people, who would like to use bibliotherapy with abandoned children. The secondary target is to determine the availability of literature and materials related to bibliotherapy. The project is divided into three chapters. The first chapter deals with bibliotherapy, its theory and examples of application in practice in abroad and in the Czech Republic. The second chapter focuses on the children's homes and in particular the problems of children, who place there. The final chapter presents a proposal bibliotherapeutics techniques, tailored directly to the specific problems of children in children's homes. The result is a proposal bibliotherapeutics techniques and literature focused on specific problems of children in children's homes.
Use of psychotherapeutic techniques for changing the attitudes and the relationship of day care centre staff to clients with severe multiple disabilities

This thesis deals with the subjectively perceived problematical relationship between the employees of a day care centre (who are either professional caregivers or teachers) and clients or pupils with severe multiple disabilities. Examining this relationship and other selected problematical situations took place as part of short-term group work project using psychotherapeutic techniques. The group work facilitated a change in the relationship of the day care centre's employees with the clients. The research was conducted with a small group of probands from the Zahrada Integration Centre and from the Zahrádka Elementary School in Prague 3. The following professional methods have been used in the preparation of this thesis: an analysis of the relevant scientific literature, group work with a small group of probands using some elements of psychotherapy, a questionnaire survey, an analysis of records concerning the progression of problematical situations and data analysis of case studies. The findings of this thesis are that group sessions comprising elements of psychotherapy represented a supportive factor in regard to the perception of the problematical relationships of individual probands with their clients. Health literacy of mothers with premature infant

Health literacy represents the cognitive and social skills which determine the motivation and ability of individuals to gain access to, understand and use information in ways which promote and maintain good health, according to WHO. Common health literacy level may be sufficient in the case of smooth pregnancy and natural childbirth. However, if there are some health problems, it is necessary to support an increase in health literacy level of mothers. Main objective of this thesis is to describe the objective health literacy level of mothers with premature baby and to identify areas that are for these mothers most problematic. The theoretical part deals with demographic data related to premature births, the basic definition of prematurity, an essential characteristic of neonatology and organization of care, premature baby, the most common medical complications and prognosis. Motor imitation as a precondition for self-care skills for children with autism spectrum disorders

The thesis deals with Autistic Spectrum Disorders in terms of their ethology and diagnostic criteria. The theoretical part further describes development of terminology of these disorders and historical concept of care of individuals with Autism. Included are also categories of disabilities and their symptoms. Another chapter discusses the specifics of self-help skills of children with Autism and characterizes motor development of preschool children with an emphasis on motor imitation, as one of the sub-kinetic abilities. The aim of the research work is to analyse the degree of influence of motor imitation on the development of self-help skills of children with Autism. It focuses on evaluation of the developmental level of the respondent's self-help skills and its development influenced by intensive imitation training. Determination of the actual developmental level allows easier orientation within self-help skills that can be practiced with the child. Their list is located in the attachments. Further research clarifies what techniques were the most successful during motor imitation training. Creativity of teachers in the educational process in primary school

The diploma thesis "Creativity of teachers in an educational process in primary school" focuses on creativity of teachers, which is a prerequisite of every teacher in current education. The thesis is divided into two parts; theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on general knowledge, which appertains to the questions of creativity in the work of the pedagogues. In this part, the important factors are also described, which help to lead to the creative approach in the teaching. One of these factors is using activating methods. These represent the main approaches of the pedagogues to teach creatively. The theoretical part is also focused on the position of the teachers in the process of school inclusion and on the appropriate teaching methods and strategies for inclusive education. The practical part focuses on activating methods in teaching. The investigative survey was carried out via questionnaire, and its main objective was to explore the extent of using activating methods by teachers at basic schools. It also looks at whether these methods are considered to be an appropriate instrument to the creative and effective mediation of the curriculum for all pupils, including pupils with special education needs. Bakalářská práce "Divadlo Inventura" se zabývá detailním popisem souboru herců a hereček s mentálním postižením, mapuje jeho vývoj od založení v roce 2009 po současnost a zjišťuje, co je pro herce souboru v divadle důležité. V jednotlivých kapitolách líčí specifický způsob práce s herci s mentálním postižením skrze umělecké terapie, od dramaterapie, přes teatroterapii až po svébytný druh jevištního umění zvaného Outsider Art. Pro svoji práci jsem zvolila kvalitativní formu výzkumu, konkrétně intrinsitní typ případové studie. K jejímu zpracování jsem použila analýzu dokumentů, přímé i nepřímé pozorování a polostrukturované rozhovory s herci souboru.
