Horák, Richard ; Vítek, Ondřej (referee) ; Hájek, Vítězslav (advisor)
The point of this work is evaluate the parameters of automotive electric system and according to these properties choose suitable norm of higher voltage, propose conception of system and with analyst calculation suggest basic granary parameters of higher voltage. This calculation is enclosed. In the work is mentioned a historical development of required escalation in system and therewith connected changes of specified levels of system tension. As an exemplification of escalation calculus hereof electrical equipment, installed onto motor powered vehicle, are mentioned in attachment schema's of four vehicles Škoda Auto a.s.

Horník, Vincenc ; Ondrůšek, Čestmír (referee) ; Vítek, Ondřej (advisor)
The main focus of the work is the design and construction of static excitation unit of asynchronous generator small hydro power plants with regard to the economic and technical demands. Description of the issue excitation asynchronous generators and possible technical solutions use asynchronous generators in island networks.
Noise measurement of electric machines
Fodor, Viktor ; Vítek, Ondřej (referee) ; Janda, Marcel (advisor)
This work discusses the problem of generating noise in electrical rotating machines, engines. First we explain what noise and sound is, its characteristics, its distribution in machines. Then we discuss the possible sources of noise in electrical motors and the possible reduction of noise. To verify the theory mentioned in this work, we will execute a noise measuring on an induction engine. Further we realize a measurement of the operating curve of the machine. Finally, we describe various measurements.
Improvement Power Parameter of Small Induction Motors
Kuda, Roman ; Vítek, Ondřej (referee) ; Hájek, Vítězslav (advisor)
This master´s thesis treats of all asynchronous motor. The project is about type and distribution motors, about differences between three-phase and single-phase machines and efficiency. In one of the chapters describes a particular type of engine with all the parametersfrom the manufacturer. This engine is completely analyzed and it is measured in detail. Then the project deals with the division, the calculation of losses and subsequent possibilities to increase the efficiency of induction motor. In the last chapter is calculation of single-phase motors, based on the engine produced.
Measurement and analysis of electrical machine vibration
Kováč, Martin ; Janda, Marcel (referee) ; Vítek, Ondřej (advisor)
Subject of this bachelor thesis are vibrations which are source of information for diagnostic equipment analysis. Diagnostic equipment is source of vibrations from the point early detection of raising problem which could markedly affect failure-free result of diagnostic facilities. The thesis especially deals with vibration sensors and their fundamental principles which are used for electric rotaring machines vibration tests as well as vibrodiagnostic signal analysis by reason of finding failure on diagnostic facilities.
Eccentricity and broken rotor bars of induction motor
Magic, Matej ; Janda, Marcel (referee) ; Vítek, Ondřej (advisor)
Thesis presents the possibilities of diagnostics of induction motor using vibration measurements. Basis of the work is monitoring of vibration changes in case of eccentricity and interruption of rotor bars in induction motor. One part of the thesis is the measurement and processing of measured data from damaged motors. The result should be comparison between processed data, reference induction machine and computer simulation of motor.
Risks of workplaces with collaborative robots
Vítek, Ondřej ; Konečný, Antonín (referee) ; Lacko, Branislav (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the analysis of safety standards and risks for industrial robots. Information regarding the risks of robots, their workplaces, and techniques for their assessment are processed in a research way. In the beginning, terms important for robotics are defined and clarified. Furthermore, the work will summarize essential standards that concern robots. Subsequently, individual parts of ISO standards and other specifications related to industrial and collaborative robots will be analyzed. In the last part, the bachelor’s thesis is devoted to measures for the application of standards in practice. Possible risk mitigations and appropriate recommendations are described here. Measures and safety of robots with regard to connection to the computer network will be mentioned thematically.
Fluorescence spectroscopy in research on the organization of biological membranes
Vítek, Ondřej ; Obruča, Stanislav (referee) ; Mravec, Filip (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with the comparison and optimization of methods for studying biological membranes using fluorescence spectroscopy and microscopy, utilizing the bacteria Cupriavidus necator H16 (containing PHB granules) and PHB-4 (not containing PHB granules) as model organisms. The appropriate concentration of the membrane probe laurdan for staining biological membranes and the time required for its penetration into the cell were determined. Organisms stained in this way were further studied using steady-state spectroscopy, which helped examine the influence of temperature on the shape of the emission spectrum and the possibility of washing as one of the steps in sample preparation. Both of these measurements suggest the advantages of washing but do not provide definite results. However, a clear difference between the two bacterial strains was observed. Furthermore, the bacteria were studied by fluorescence microscopy. This method proved to be potentially useful for studying significant variations in the membrane order of the cell membrane and for imaging other larger structures. The distribution of laurdan within Cupriavidus necator H16 appears more uneven compared to PHB-4. The findings thus suggest the influence of granule presence when staining with fluorescent probes, but they cannot be interpreted definitively.
Bearing diagnosis of electrical motors
Kratochvíl, Lumír ; Janda, Marcel (referee) ; Vítek, Ondřej (advisor)
This work breaks down the individual phenomena and findings that have as a common denominator the emergence of irreversible processes leading to damage to bearings in electrical machinery and equipment. The introduction describes the basic description and division of bearings with the recommended methods of their basic operation. The following chapters then deal with the individual sources of damage, diagnostics of individual damages, or examine in more detail the accompanying phenomena of bearing damage. In the first practical part of the work, damaged bearings are physically analyzed and their diagnostics is performed on an electron microscope. The second part of the work deals with vibrodiagnostics and the use of appropriate methods to determine the condition of the rolling bearing and then the location of the source of vibration at error frequencies.
Vibrodiagnostics of electrical machines
Boháček, Daniel ; Vítek, Ondřej (referee) ; Janda, Marcel (advisor)
This thesis deals with methods of vibration analysis in electric rotating machines. From the beginning, it is necessary to explain the basic concepts and introduce the issue of vibration. Next time, the work is focused on sources of vibration in electrical machines. Defects on electric rotating machines causing vibrations are described. Sensing is performed using sensors of deflection, speed and acceleration. The measured signal needs to be adjusted and filters, approximations and sampling will cover this in the next chapter. The main objective is the methods of analysis, which include the best known in the field of frequency analysis (FFT) and the envelope method in the time domain. This includes other methods such as Kurtosis factor, Crest factor, etc. There is also a basic block diagram for measuring vibrations. This block diagram is programmed and has a graphical user interface. The last part is an evaluation of the measured data of the engines.
