Flat house Kratochvilka
Vít, Marek ; Karlík, Štěpán (referee) ; Petříček, Tomáš (advisor)
The theme of bachelor´s thesis is the newly built flat house in Kratochvilka. The goal of the work is to develop design documents for building construction. The building is partial basement with three floors and designed by system Porotherm with cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor. The roof system has three different solutions: saddle roof, warm flat roof with asphalt sheets and warm flat green roof. There are 8 dwelling units in the building – 6 of them have capacity 2 person and 2 of them are designed for capacity of 4 person. Furthermore, there are storage spaces for single dwelling units and boiler room in the basement.
Office building with storage area
Vít, Marek ; Pobořil, Lukáš (referee) ; Petříček, Tomáš (advisor)
The theme of the bachelor thesis is a new building of an administrative building with a storage hall, which will primarily serve for storage in the village of Troubsko. This work is aimed at elaborating project documentation for construction work. The building is non-basement with three above-ground floors. The construction is designed from the Porotherm system with prefabricated ceilings made of prestressed Spiroll panels. The storage hall will be made of a steel skeleton, single-skinned with sandwich panels. The roof is on the top of 2.NP flat single-layer with top layer on parts of concrete pavement on rectifiable targets and vegetation parts. Above the 3rd floor there is a flat single-layer roof with a top vegetation layer and above the storage hall there will be a flat roof with a classical layout of layers with a top layer of PVC foil. The object is functionally divided into 2 parts. The administrative part is primarily used as a base for employees of the production hall in the 1st floor, in the 2nd floor and 3rd floor there are offices. The storage hall will then serve mainly for storage purposes and dispatch preparation.
HPLC: NEW APPROACH TO THE ANALYSIS OF ALIPHATIC HYDROCARBONES WITH LONG CHAIN
Vít, Martin ; Vrkoslav, Vladimír (advisor) ; Schwarzová, Karolina (referee)
The aim of this diplom thesis was development of the reverse phased high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) for analysis the aliphatic hydrocarbons with long chain and optimalization of this method. In theoretical part is described occurrence and properties of a hydrocarbons, also used separation methods and detectors - evaporative light scattering detector (ELSD) and matrix assisted laser desorption ionization with time of flight analyzer. In experimental part is described izolation of cuticular hydrocarbons from a fly Neobellieria bullata. It was study experimental conditions of separation and detection izolated hydrocarbons. It was performed deep optimalization of conditions on RP-HPLC - composition of mobile phase, gradient, mobile phase flow rate and column temperature. Method optimalization was done by ELSD. It was used kombination of two solvents to mobile phase - acetonitrile : ethylacetate, mobile phase stream 0,8 ml/min and column temperature 50řC were found as optimal conditions for analytical separation. This method were aplicated for analysis cuticular hydrocarbons from fly specie Neobellieria bullata. During separation were collected fractions and then fractions were determined on MALDI-TOF. It was found 37 aliphatic hydrocarbons which included 25 up to 47 carbons and 0 to 3...
Methodic of selected judo techniques for younger school age children
Holá, Veronika ; Pavelka, Radim (advisor) ; Vít, Michal (referee)
Title: Methodic of selected judo techniques for younger school age children. Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to build visual material, which has the form of mental maps, selected technic in judo for beginner's athletes during the younger school age. Mental maps will be formed in conjunction with each other in a successful design, failed design, or in individual combinations. Techniques will be selected on the basis of the Testing Regulations of the Czech Judo Association. Methods: The collection of knowledge was carried out by a literature search, which deals with the topic of Juda and the chosen age category. Another reason for choosing the suitability of these techniques is the direct link to the judo test rule, which is given by Czech judo association. Keywords: judo, a younger school age, methods technique, mental maps, combination

Public relations in monopoly organization
Vít, Michal ; Zamazalová, Marcela (advisor) ; Stříteský, Václav (referee)
Diploma thesis, with the help of available literature and facts we attempt to analyze the approach to the issue of monopoly providers and their engagement in public relations within the water service industry. Customers of monopolistic organizations are often of the impression that such a supplier does not communicate and interact with them as well as they should. This work will attempt to prove or disprove that in an environment of imperfect competition a supplier does not have firm desire to communicate with their clients compared to an environment of perfect competition. Another question is whether monopolistic organizations who invest in marketing initiatives will increase their profits or not. The work will use its own published in-house surveys, which should confirm or refute the results of this research.
