Business Plan for the Establishment of a Cafe

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is to create a business plan for the establishment of a cafe specializing in the production of a healthier version of desserts in the locality of Slavkov u Brna. The work consists of several parts. The first part describes the theoretical basis, which are further used for the subsequent analysis of the current state of the market, which is analyzed through marketing research in the form of personal questioning, SWOT and SLEPT analysis. In the final design part, based on theoretical knowledge, experience and performed analyzes, a business and financial plan with a risk analysis is compiled.

Improvment of the Marketing Communication Strategy of the Selected Company

The subject of the thesis is a proposal to improve the marketing communication strategy of a selected company, which deals with national and, to a lesser extent, international truck transport providing services mainly in the field of transportation of goods and various materials. The work describes theoretical starting points, analysis of the current state of the company and the entire industry. Subsequently, proposals for solutions are drawn up, which will lead to higher company profits and a better position on the market.

Kids' Athletics Project in Athletics Training of Children

Title: K.ids' Athletics Project in Athletics Training of Children Name: Natálie Válkóvá Resume: Project Kids'Athletics was established in Germany by a techer and trainer Mr Dieter Massin, who participated the idea with his collegeues that the athletics is no more interessting for children. Together they try to change this situation, but not only in their country but on all over the world. Objective of our research was a question how the children in the Czech Republic are informed about K.ids' Athletics. We wanted to show to childern chosen from one club the practical side of this project During the recolte of the theoretical infoi'Iilation I was in contact with Mr Dieter Massin of this idea and one another promoter. We used the e-mail form of comunication to be in contact. Children were really ethusiastic during the competition.
