Předmětem bakalářská práce je vytvořit podnikatelský plán pro založení kavárny specializující se na výrobu zdravější verze dezertů v lokalitě města Slavkov u Brna. Práce se skládá z několika částí. První část popisuje teoretická východiska, která jsou dále využita pro následnou analýzu současného stavu trhu, který je analyzován pomocí marketingového výzkumu osobní formou dotazování, SWOT a SLEPT analýzou. V závěrečné návrhové části je na základě teoretických poznatků, vlastních zkušeností a provedených analýz sestaven podnikatelský a finanční plán s provedenou analýzou rizik. The subject of the bachelor's thesis is to create a business plan for the establishment of a cafe specializing in the production of a healthier version of desserts in the locality of Slavkov u Brna. The work consists of several parts. The first part describes the theoretical basis, which are further used for the subsequent analysis of the current state of the market, which is analyzed through marketing research in the form of personal questioning, SWOT and SLEPT analysis. In the final design part, based on theoretical knowledge, experience and performed analyzes, a business and financial plan with a risk analysis is compiled.
