Evaluation of the effect of circuit training with the use of labile surfaces on the postural stability in the general population

Title: Evaluation of the effect of circuit training with the use of labile surfaces on the postural stability in the general population Objectives: The main aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of circuit training using unstable surfaces on the static and dynamic postural stability in the general population. Methods: This study is among quantitative experimental studies. The research was done from June 2021 to January 2022. The research involved 40 probands of the general population. The probands were randomly divided into two groups of twenty. The intervention group practiced during circuit traings for 2 months with unstable surfaces, the control group practiced circular training without any unstable surfaces. Dynamic and static postural stability was measured by functional tests: Star Excursion Balance test, Unipedal Stance test, Timed Up and Go test, Sit to Stand test and Functional Reach test. These tests were used before and after the intervention. The following statistical methods were used in both of their groups: Shapiro-Wilk test, paired T- test, Mann-Whitney U test. The employment of people with hearing disabilities

This bachelor thesis deals with the employment of people with hearing impairments from the perspective of their employers. The introductory chapters of the theoretical part contain an introduction to the issue of hearing impairment and the classification of hearing impairments according to the place of origin, time of origin and degree of disability. This part is devoted to communication and auditory-oral and visual-motor communication systems, it also describes the individual manifestations of people with hearing impairment and interpreting services. The conclusion of the theoretical part of the discussion of the employment of people with hearing impairments, the problems and the possibilities of solving the support of people with hearing impairments in the labor market. The practical part deals with a qualitative research investigation on the employment of people with hearing impairments. Data collection was performed using semi-structured interview methods and the obtained data were subsequently analyzed by open coding. The research sample consisted of four pieces of information. Title: Case Study of Physiotherapeutic Treatment of a Patient with the Reverse Total Endoprosthesis of the Shoulder Joint Diagnosis. Objectives: The aim of this thesis is an introduction and summary of theoretical and practical knowledge about reverse shoulder replacement and a case study of patient with with the diagnosis. Methods: This bachelor thesis has been devided into two main parts, the general part and the special part. The general part includes theoretical knowledge related to the topic of reverse shoulder replacement and the therapeutic methods used in physiotherapy. The special part includes a case report of the patient with reverse total endoprosthesis of the shoulder joint. This part contains kinesiological examination, diagnostic and therapeutic management and the final assessment of the physiotherapeutic effect.
