The topic of the bachelor thesis is "Organizational culture and its impact on organizational efficiency". In the theoretical part of the thesis basic definitions, terms and aspects associated with organizational culture are introduced. Further the thesis deals with relationships between organizational culture and organizational membersand presents specific factors related to the organizational culture in medical facilities .. Thethesis also focuses on diagnostic issues of organizational culture. Findings prezented in the theoretical part are used as basis in the empirical part. Téma bakalářské práce Rozdíly v personálním managementu v ČR, EU a USA jsem si zvolila pro jeho zajímavost a také možnost prezentovat některé své zkušenosti z práce v personální agentuře. Při výběru tématu mě také se zájmem upoutalo, jaké asi mohou být rozdíly v pojetí personalistiky u nás a v zahraničí. V práci se snažím potvrdit hypotézu, že rozdíly v personálním řízení v ČR a v zahraničí jsou velmi malé nebo spíše žádné. Při psaní práce jsem vycházela především z knih Michaela Armstronga, který podává ucelený popis personálního managementu. Dále jsem také hledala informace u Koontze a Weihricha, Werthera a Davise, Walkera a dalších. Podle mého názoru je tedy v tomto odvětví literatury dost. Použila jsem i některé internetové zdroje. Na internetu je v dnešní době informací o personalistice velmi mnoho.

I described what the corporate culture is, its sources and subjekt. At the end of my work I tried to use one of the models, which show the relation between corporate culture and its efficiency. Corporate culture and its relationship to national culture

The subject of this work is the problem of the relationship between corporate and national culture. That means, to what extent is the corporate culture influenced by national character of the country in which it operates. Its main purpose is to show, how this fact takes effect in the merger of two companies, or when one company is taken over by another as there is a collision of national and corporate cultures from different countries, and therefore different systems of values, ways of behaviour, but also different languages. In a study of cases I'm showing these problems on transnational company producing and distributing building materials. Within this company there was a merger of two branches, from the Czech Republic and Poland. In the results from investigation, which I conducted, I point out problems which may occur during such cooperation.
The reasons for cooperation with external consultants

The objective of this diploma work was to form hypothesis about external consultant's cooperation. The hypothesis was based on personal practical experience working on projects with external consultants and also being in role of consultant personally. The research with limited extent was performed related to the theme of diploma work. Evaluation of formed hypothesis was performed and the results were linked to the theory of organization. In the theoretical part of the work the history of the sociology of organization and management consulting have been listed and described. Based on personal practical experience cooperating with external consultants and working in the role of external consultant as well I have suggested possible reasons for hiring external consultants. I have performed research with objective to identify subjective opinions about suggested reasons hiring external consultants.

As a production method is used chippy cutting on numerical controlled machine behind by the help of usage progressive cutting tools. To construction control program was use 3D CAD/CAM system of Solid Vision, Ltd. Corporation. Product working is complete project and procedure on manufacturing section, that is in finish well-founded technoeconomic evaluation.
