Analysis of ICT accessibility at tertiary professional schools

The final bachelor's thesis studies the accessibility of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the educational process at tertiary professional schools (ISCED 5B) in order to analyze their approach to modern technological resources and services. The theoretical part presents findings on how technology, accessibility and effective use of ICT can support teaching and help schools in the management of the educational process. The practical part presents a questionnaire survey of the accessibility of specific technologies. Questionnaire survey was carried out among school directors and students. Other part of survey deals with applications and services that tertiary professional schools offer on their web pages. Based on the analysis of the accessibility this bachelor's thesis makes recommendations and suggestions for the support of ICT use in the learning and teaching process management. Management activities of free time teachers - of the main leaders of children's camps

The final thesis deals with the topic of sequential managerial functions performed by the chief executive of a children's camp. It is based on the assumption that the head chief performs all managerial functions in the preparation and implementation of the action sequence. On the basis of the specific literature read, the theoretical part characterizes each sequence functions - planning, organization, personnel and control. It specifies the children's summer camp as a child's recovery time period and clarifies the rules for the organization, including legal aspects. It also assigns specific jobs for the head chief of the camp before and during camp for each sequential management functions. The research was conducted through a questionnaire survey among the main leaders of the childrens' camps, for who are graduates of the course qualifying for the specific position. Analysis of the results showed that the head chief, regardless of the childrens' camp's operator, perform all the sequential management functions at least half of these activities. The highest rate was found at activities carried out by the main leaders, who work all year round as educator of a free time, and are employed in the Youth Centre or in The Leisure Time Centre. Time frame of elementary school principals

Abstracts: This bachelor's thesis concerns the technique intended to determine the distribution of individual activities during the day. This analytic technique is known as the "time frame". In this thesis, the technique is described not only theoretically, including the short overview about the alternative managers' techniques resulting with the better effectivity of elementary school principals' work. The thesis contains also a demonstration of practical research. Having the form of a special questionnaire, the time frames of a few elementary school principals are identified and processed, including the part of their personal time, i. e. not within the working hours. The proposed procedures should protect against the time thieves, as well as increase the effectivity of daily working habits of the elementary school principal. This thesis shows the interconnection of individual managers' techniques with time management field and brings inspiration to elementary school principals on how to use their time more effectively.
Educational Needs of Managers of Kindergartens in the Central Bohemian Region

4 ABSTRACT: The bachelor thesis deals with identifying educational needs of managers of kindergartens in Central Bohemian Region and educational opportunities in Central Bohemia and Prague. The aim of this research was to find those needs, monitor managers' level of satisfaction with current educational opportunities in the region. It also searched for a dependence of the priorities of the educational needs on the amount of years spent in the leading position. The scientific literature is presented in the theoretical part of this work. It also provides an overview of the current status of pre-school education and legal requirements for the job. The key point of the research is based on a survey among managers of kindergartens of the Central Bohemian Region and its subsequent analysis. The survey results lead to the creation of a plastic view at the educational opportunities for the managers in the context with their educational needs. The final part of this work presents the results of investigations to confirm managers' interest in further education. Furthermore, it shows their satisfaction with educational options in the context of their needs and the results of the investigation that do not confirm the dependence of the selection of educational areas on the number of years spent in a leading position....

Human resource planning is an important part of the job of headmaster linked to an authorized employee for personnel work. The correct implementation of HR activity affects the entire operation of the school. This thesis deals with personnel planning in the field of secondary education. It includes the theory, analysis of the current situation and proposals for school improvement to effective implementation of work activities. The outputs of this work can be used as a guide to the work of a novice recruiters or hiring manager. They are based on a survey of directors and recruiter from secondary schools in the region of Usti nad Labem. The contribution to HR planning is to improve the selection and development of the human potential for short-term and long-term success of the organization, creating a climate by motivating professionals to perform the assigned tasks.
Variants of school climate

This thesis deals with variants of a school climate. The theoretical part consists of two sections. The first section explains basic terms which are connected with the school climate. The second section explains the factors influencing the school climate. The practical part is concentrated on a quantitative research of variants of a school climate in the form of a questionnaire. The questionnaire finds out a climate in Secondary technical school in Čáslav and in Secondary agricultural school in Čáslav. The respondents are students, parents and teachers. Delegation of competences in Kindergartens

My bachelor thesis deals with the process of delegating management competences of pedagogical process in kindergartens with one or more detached places of work which form one legal subject. This work is to present the process of delegating, shows its positives as well as negatives and possible risk. It also brings survey of competences which can be delegated to teachers by a headteacher. There are two parts of the thesis, theoretical and a research. The research is based on the analysis of the questionnaire which main aim is to find out who are the competences delegated to. Founder' Method of School Headmasters Evaluation

The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation methods of headmasters. The aim of the thesis was to find out if the founders have predetermined the methodology of the evaluation of headmasters within the randomly chosen group of school founders in Central Bohemian region. The first part focuses on the characteristics of theoretical information in the sphere of human resource management. Particularly, it describes the common evaluation methods of employees and familiarisation with the problem of school ambience. The research is realised by quantitative method and the empirical sort of survey with the use of questionnaire where the main objective is to find out whether the founders predetermined the methodology of the school headmasters evaluation. The thesis is divided into partial aims which tries to determine who sets the methodology of the evaluation of the school headmasters. The reasons for the evaluation of headmasters by the founders have been found out. Furthermore, it also took the widely used ways of evaluation into account and what are the motivational factors, according to the founder, in order to improve its own working productivity. Criteria for selecting the director Art School in the Pilsen region

THE SUMMARY: This bachelor thesis deals with the survey and comparisons of the criteria often used by the founders of Primary Art Schools for the selection of headmasters in Plzen region. The aim of this bachelor thesis was to confirm or disclaim the research hypothesis whether the founders have predetermined criteria for the selection of headmasters. One of the partial aims was to find out if the questioned founders took a set of concrete legislative frame of required criteria for the selection of the headmasters into account. The second partial aim describes the founder's opinion of the issue considering the headmaster's requirements to obtain manager education before their office ingression in the region. The next part deals with the comparison of research results between the regional and municipal founders. The thesis is based on the theoretical part of the human resources management, the founder's authority and the headmaster's authority model. The empirical part displays the research outcomes, which are based on a questionnaire survey and additional interviews.
