Eurozone, it's problems and possible integration of CR

The goal of this thesis is delimitating actual problems of the european economic and currency union and consecutive analysis whether it is advantageous for Czech republic to join it. Main methods used are synthesis of theories from various scientific texts and analysis of openly available data. In three chapters thesis investigates specifics of european economic territoty and its crisis mostly through optics of public and private debt. The result is general evaluation of seriousness of financial crisis for European union and specifically for Czech republic. Knowledge society

The thesis analyzes the development of the knowledge society. It focuses on the comparison of the ideal and the reality of education in modern society and charts the transformation of schools and education in the 20th century. This thesis is mainly based on sociological literature focusing on the issue. This thesis defines the concepts of knowledge society, education and education systems. The thesis also analyzes research PIAAC. The thesis is also focus on opinions of testing the pupils skills and current issues of educational policy.

Educating about financial literacy at primary schools

This master's thesis focuses on the teaching of financial literacy at lower secondary schools in the Czech Republic. The main goal was to characterize and evaluate a selection of internet based programs that specialize in financial literacy in order to gain insight on how the users view the issue at hand and how they interact with these programs. The thesis employs a qualitative research method. The first section is devoted to the theoretical introduction to finance, its definition, characteristics and the components of financial literacy. A special focus was also put on the development of financial literacy in the Czech Republic and the main documents in which it is grounded. The need for implementation of financial literacy into secondary schools' curriculums was based on surveys about the level of financial literacy among students and public. The practical part of this thesis consists of two closely interrelated sections. Firstly, it outlines and examines three different online programs created to help teachers design their financial literacy courses more effectively. Secondly, the thesis presents a methodological research using structured interviews with open questions and concludes by demonstrating the results. Diagnosis of High School Students' Comprehension of Selected Sociological Topics

The dissertation is looking into the diagnostics of student's understanding of the principals of society organisation in relation to thecontentof sociologicalcivic curriculumeducation and socialbasisin secondary schools. The teoretical part delimits basic sociological terms, especially social stratification, social mobility and social status. Concept of didactical content knowledge and didactical theory of curricullum reconstruction is described to connect sociological approach to school education. Current research at this area are also presented. In the practical part was implementeda research inquiry, which used semistructured depth interview for data collection. The Gathered data wereprocessedqualitatively. The measure of hierarchy in society, the cause of social stratification and social mobility options, were primarily watched in the research inquiry. Where possible, student's answers were compared to previous research inquiry results.
