The education of the financial responsibilities on the second grade of primary schools

Bachelor thesis deals with financial literacy at the second stage of elementary school. Attention is focused on the evaluation of textbooks and workbooks available to teachers. The first part of the thesis is focused on the definition of financial literacy and key documents. Next part of the thesis is devoted to the inclusion of financial literacy in the framework of the curriculum and then to the specific School educational program. The last part is devoted to the evaluation of textbooks and workbooks, which are evaluated according to predetermined criteria from the relevant literature. Finally, the recommendations of specific textbooks and workbooks on the teaching of financial literacy are made. The thesis could serve as a basic orientation in key documents dealing with financial literacy. The thesis could help teachers involved in the teaching of financial literacy with the selection of textbooks and workbooks. KEYWORDS financial literacy, textbook, workbook
Evaluation of Economic Development in Developed Countries

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of evaluation of economic development in Visegrad group countries compared to Germany in years from 2009 to 2015. The aim of the thesis is to take down and to evaluate economic development in this period based on the analysis of macroeconomic indicators. In the theoretical part, there are several notions explained, such as the definition of GDP, economic growth rate, unemployment rate, balance of payments or economic cycle. In the practical part, there is an analysis carried out which describes the concrete data development of macroeconomic indicators in Visegrad group countries in comparison to Germany. Subsequently, general characteristics of the countries are deduced. At the end of the thesis, the findings are summarized, and further possibilities of elaboration are foreshadowed.
Unemployment and employment policy in Prag - west with special attention to people with disabilities

The thesis deals with unemployment and employment policy in general and in the Prague- West region. Particular attention is paid to the issue of unemployment of persons with disabilities - in all regions of the Czech Republic these persons have lower chances of employment, I suppose that in the Prague-West region, although it is one of the regions with the lowest unemployment rate in the Czech Republic, this situation will be the same. The aim of the thesis is to describe the development of unemployment and the development of unemployment among people with disabilities in Prague-West in the years 2006 - 2016 and describe the employment policy in general and in the mentioned region. The labor market in the Prague-West region is significantly influenced by the proximity of the capital city of Prague. At the beginning of the period under review, the situation on the labor market was stabilized and there were no major fluctuations. Unemployment was low in 2006 - 2008, the situation changed with the arrival of the economic crisis in 2009, unemployment increased and increased in the following years, from 2015 until the end of the monitored period unemployment in Prague-West started to decline. Migration Crisis and its Socio-economic Consequences

This thesis deals with the evaluation of the socio-economic consequences of the current migration wave in Europe based on the comparison of individual macroeconomic indicators in the member states of the European Union, which were most affected by migration, whether as transit or destination country. The monitored indicators are for example GDP growth, unemployment rate, growth of public expenditures and others. The first part of the thesis defines the theoretical foundations of migration based on sociological theories and defines the key concepts for the topic, such as economic migration, migrant, integration. The second, practical part of the thesis, focuses on monitoring the specific socioeconomic consequences of the migration crisis for selected countries and evaluates its pros and cons. It follows from this assessment that migration to Europe is an economically sustainable phenomenon. The work focuses more on the possibilities and positives or negatives of the integration of migrants into the labor market, also due to the potential threat of an aging Europe in the future. Competition in the market of mobile operators in the Czech Republic - Abstract The aim of this bachelor thesis is to define the term competition, to describe its types and to look how it works in market economy. Competition is the topic of the first part of the thesis, which is divided into three subchapters. The first one is about perfect competition, second one about imperfect competition and its kinds. The third subchapter is dedicated to the market regulation. The second part defines the unfair competition. The first subchapter of this part defines the aggressive business practices, which means what is allowed and what is banned when it comes to selling and promotion of things and services. The second subchapter describes some specific cases of unfair competition aimed to offenses of the Czech mobile operators. The third part introduces the three main providers of telecommunication services on Czech market - T-Mobile, O2 and Vodafone. Children's understanding of gender issues on secondary school

1 ABSTRACT The present thesis is focused on primary school pupil's understanging of gender issues. The aim of the thesis is to analyze and compare how pupils understand the gendre issues introduced in the theoretical part of the thesis. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the theoretical concepts of the gender issues - gender, stereotype, gender stereotypes, also related areas, constructivism, pedagogical constructivism and children's interpretations of the world. In this part of the thesis, there is also presented an overview of current research focused on the gender issues. The practical part consists in a qualitative analysis. The data are collected through individual in-depth interview with primary school pupils. The results of the analysis are compared with previous stuides focused on the gender issues.
Analysis of Employment and Unmployment in Ústí nad Labem Region compared to the Czech Republic in 2007 - 2015

The thesis deals with the issue of employment and unemployment, including its socio- economic aspects in the Ústí nad Labem region compared to the Czech Republic between years 2007 and 2015. The theoretical part describes the nature of unemployment (breakdowns, causes, impacts, unemployment solution) including the impact of macroeconomic indicators, fiscal and monetary policies, with particular respect to active employment policy. The practical part includes the analysis of the Ústí nad Labem Region itself and its employment and unemployment, taking into account the benchmark of the Czech Republic with a polemic on the effectiveness of employment policy and its settings. The thesis implements the SWOT analysis of the Ústí nad Labem Region, which describes weaknesses and strengths and identifies individual opportunities and threats. The data were gained from the Czech Statistical Office and the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs.
