Teacher professions from the point of view of pupils, parents and of teacher selected primary school

This diploma thesis brings information about the perception of the teaching profession by secondary school students, their parents, and teachers of a selected primary school. The aim of the work is to find out with the help of questionnaires, how pupils and their parents subjectively see and perceive teachers and how the teachers who teach pupils themselves see their profession as a teacher. In the theoretical part, I deal with the historical development of education and the teaching profession in our territory. I also deal with the characteristics of the teaching profession by clarifying the very concept, personality traits, and typology of the teacher's personality. This section also includes chapters on the competence of the teacher, his authority and motivation to choose the teaching profession. In the last part, I deal with the current form of the teaching profession in primary school, the requirements for the profession, and including selected problems of our education. In the practical part, I used a questionnaire survey to evaluate the data obtained by individual respondents among students, parents, and teachers and then I analyzed the data of individual groups of respondents and drew a conclusion. Methods of environmental education in teaching lessons

This thesis "Methods of environmental education in teaching lessons" is focused on environmental methods used in preschool education and at elementary schools as a constituent part of education. The theoretical part is dedicated to the basic terminology, description of nursery and primary schools and their School Education Program and the environmental methods used by these institutions as a part of their educational program. The theoretical part is followed by a practical part which is based on the survey. The purpose of this survey is to find the relationship of teaching staff to environmental education and their relationship to practical implementation of environmental methods in education including the specific methods used in the classroom. TITLE: The Environmental Education in the Basic School of Červené Pečky AUTHOR: Jana Nováková DEPARTMENT: Katedra pedagogiky TUTOR: PhDr. Alena Thorovská ABSTRACT: This bachelor's thesis called "The Environmental Education in the Basic School of Červené Pečky" points out the possibilities how to realize the environmental education in a basic school. Elementary environmental and pedagogical notions, teaching methods, and reasons for the environmental education are clarified in the theoretical part. The practical part is divided into two projects which deal with water. The first project works with elementary school pupils and this one should enrich pupils' knowledge and experience with water. The junior pupils in the second project learn about ponds nearby. The practical part comes out of the research which was accomplished by means of a questionnaire. The emphasis in both parts is put on the progress in pupils' relation to nature when using practical environmental activities. The aim of this thesis is to increase the pupils' interest in nature, to discover natural relations and the laws of nature, to recognize the familiar environment and to create a positive attitude to it, last but not least to understand the importance of the environment for us and for next generations. Possibilities of cooperation with schools and other institution in the issue of pregnancy children in the selected region

SUMMARY: This thesis is devoted to the issue of pregnancy in children. The work is divided into the theoretical and the practical parts. The theoretical part is processed with the help from professional litareture. With the help of direct and indirect quotes the author tries to bring closer the terms related to reproductive health, physiology of the femile genital organs and sexual education in the education system of the Czech Republic to the readers. The part and parcel of the theoretical part is the prevention of pregnancy and the possible consequences for the child, as for the mother as well, both biological and psychosocial consequences. The second part of the thesis is focused on the specific objectives. By using the method of interviewing the author this describes the situation of incurred pregnancy in 2010 , not only with the respondent, but also with an educational consultant of the elementary school and also with OSPOD social worker, under which the incurred preganancy case fell. After analyzation of the interviews there is a final recommendation for the elementary schools about the possibilities of prevention and proedure in the case of pregnant underage girls as well as recommendations for the girls on how to behave and who to contact in a case of finding a pregnancy. This essay is outlining some problems with project education and possibilities of pupils of practical school in this area. Intention of this essay is to describe how we can apply environmental education in the form of simple projects which are based on cooperation, that all in the area of special education. The goal is to provide an outline and inspiration for theoretical and practical processing of project. A partial goal is to outline area of education of mental disable pupils. There is specification of two projects in the practical part on which will the pupils of two-year practical school collaborate.
