Title: The proposal for a sponsorship business concept for a selected extreme athlete Objectives: The main goal of this thesis is to create the proposal for business cooperation for prospective sponsors of a selected extreme athlete. Methods: The thesis uses the method of in-depth interviews, electronic questioning and document analysis. In-depth interviews are done in cooperation with a selected extreme athlete for whom is the proposal created and also with his sponsors. Electronic questioning is used to map sponsoring of the extreme kayaking in the world and the respondents are world lead sponsored riders from the whole world. Secondary research, the data analyses, was made from the available primary electronic resources. Results: The result of thesis are two specific proposals from potential sponsors. The proposals were created on the basis of a detailed analysis of a selected extreme athlete whose profile and functioning of current sponsorship was illustrated by in- depth interviews with current sponsors. The questionnaires for the recent best riders were made for better orientation in field of sponsoring extreme kayaking. Title: Application of social media as a modern tool for marketing communication for adaptive surf contest Objectives: The main objective of this diploma thesis is to create a content plan to improve propagation of Bali Adaptive Pro surf contest. Content plan will be made for social media platform - Instagram. Methods: There are two quantitative methods in this thesis. The first method is monitoring the Bali Adaptive Pro instagram profile. Another method is an in-depth interview. Monitoring method was chosen to obtain data and information that could be improved. In-depth interviews were conducted to understand adaptive surfing and to find practical advice in digital marketing. The first respondent is Jan Považan. Jan is a co-founder of the non-profit organization Adaptated, which is trying to motivate handicapped people to start with adrenaline sports. In particular, Jan's own experience with adaptive surfing and as a participant in adaptive surfing races in California was beneficial for this research. Income securing of professional athletes in Czech Republic

Title: Income protection of professional athletes Objectives: The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse current possibilities of income protection for professional athletes resulting from the laws valid in the Czech Republic, private law adjustments of selected sport organizations in the Czech Republic and in the offer of insurance commonly available on the Czech market. Methods: In the thesis is used a qualitative method of researchusing the technique of semi-structured in-depth interview with an expert in the field of financial consulting with a focus on professional athletes. Further, the analysis of secondary data offered by individual insurance companies and other entities offering life insurance and accident insurance on the Czech market is used. Results: The results of the thesis have shown that there are a number of options for professional athletes to protect their income. Given the lack of legislation, they have to relyon themselves to protect their income, but at the same time they are given the freedom to choose the legal form in which they operate and under which they pay income taxes. Title: Quality of sports services in private day care centers specializing in preschool education in Prague Objectives: The primary aim of this dissertation is to propose a suitable procedure for measuring the quality of sports services in private institutions specializing in pre-school education in Prague, from the customer's point of view. Methods: This study focuses on assessing the quality of sports services offered to children in private kindergartens. The study was conducted in the Czech Republic on a sample of ten private kindergartens based in Prague, which were selected from a register of private kindergartens compiled by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. The Parasuraman, Zeithaml and Berry (1988) model of service quality, which was modified for the kindergarten environment, was used for the measurement. 510 parents participated in marketing research, representing 534 children. The questionnaire used, which was originally validated in the US, was transculturally translated. Three translators specializing in pre-school education participated in this intercultural transfer. Title: Attendance at home matches of FK Dukla Praha Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to find ways of improving attendance at home matches of FK Dukla Praha based on data from marketing research. The goal of the thesis is designed in collaboration with FK Dukla Praha in a way that would provide them valuable data about their fans and their satisfaction with offered services. Methods: The method used in this thesis is marketing research. Its main part was made up of electronic survey using a questionnaire created specifically for the purposes of this thesis. The survey was supplemented by a semi-structured interview with a member of marketing team of FK Dukla Praha. Results: The results of this research revealed a few options that would lead to increase in attendance at home matches of FK Dukla Praha. Title: Migration of Czech ice hockey players to North America. Objectives: The main objective of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the current development of migration of Czech ice hockey players to North American highest competition - NHL since 1990. The sub-objective of this thesis is to investigate migration factors, then to describe historical developments within migration and to compare with other ice hockey powers. Further analysing the influence of Czech ice hockey players on the performance of teams in North American competitions, as well as introducing leagues themselves. Methods: This thesis used qualitative research which abnormally consists of a questionnaire survey and precedes quantitative research, which includes deskresearch, a method which is also referred to as secondary data analysis, data are mainly drawn from the outputs of mass media and virtual data for this work. Title: The Proposal for Marketing Communication of "APM Sport" store Goals: The goal is to analyze and evaluate the current marketing comunication of the "APM Sport" store, based on the acquired data and findings and propose a new improved marketing communication of the store. Methods: Methods of both qualitative and quantitative reseach have been employed to assess the marketing communication, specifically an interview with instuctions and analysis of internal documents. Later these methods were suplemented by quantitative research, namely polling of both actual and potential customers. Results: The output of the work is a proposal for the improvement of the marketing communication of "APM Sport" store, including new means of communication and efficiency improvement of the current means. It is particularly the enhancement of the loyalty program, personal sale during the outgoing events and increase of PR cooperation. Title: Comparison of the athletes and blogger influence on the behavioral intentions of secondary school students Objectives: The main objective of this diploma thesis is to compare the influence of athletes and bloggers on the buying preferences of the students of Czech high school through marketing research. Methods: In the thesis are used two interdependent methods. The first of these methods is a questionnaire survey, which includes 508 respondents who were high school students during the survey. 32 respondents separated in two groups attended the second method, which is a focus group. Results: The research results show that athletes influence the behavioral intentions of secondary school students more than bloggers in every researched sphere. The main difference in effectivity is clear from the comparison between both groups by respondents. Development of Czech Floorball between years 2007 and 2018

Title: Development of Czech Floorball between years 2007 and 2018 Objectives: The main goal of this thesis is to create a development plan of Czech floorball for the years 2020 to 2030. The partial goal is to analyze the re- course of this plan; the supporting goal is to evaluate the development plans from year 2008 to 2018. Methods: This thesis performs analyses of data from internal and external envi- ronment, material, financial, personal and intangible resources, using PESTLE and situation analysis. The analyses are applied on data col- lected from primary and secondary resources. Evaluation of the development plan for the reviewed period is per- formed using the method of weighted averages of fulfilled partial goals. Results: The offered development plan for the years 2020 to 2030 includes 134 individual goals. 49 partial goals were not modified; parameters for evaluation were suggested in 34 goals; 22 goals were modified or clarified; 29 goals were added. Overall, 63 % of the development plan was modified. According to overall weighted average, at 76 %, Development and youth is the most successfully fulfilled area. Requirements of Selected Czech Media on Media Relations of Sports Organisations

Title: Requirements of Selected Czech Media for Media Relations of Sports Organisations Objectives: The objective of this thesis is to synthesize sports media's opinions on media relations of sports organizations in Czech republic. The aim is to create a document that will have the potential to improve communication between media and Czech sports organizations. Methods: The qualitative method of interviews was used for data collection, alongside with a guideline based on theoretical framework. Respondents were selected by targeted sampling employing criteria. Interviews were recorded and subsequently transcribed into written form. Obtained data were processed by the deductive method of thematic analysis. Results: The result of this thesis is a summary of requests from media representatives. The results reflect the theoretical framework with practical comments for the Czech sports environment. Overall, media representatives focus on trust from sports organizations and their representatives. They recall that a media output is also a part of a sports career of athletes. They wish to be seen as someone who is a partner in spreading information to the public and fans, not as an enemy.
