This bachelor thesis deals with a teambuilding program for a specific working group. More precisely, with its creation and with its piloting on a group, similar to the target group . The thesis has two parts. In the theoretical part, the thesis deals with the analysis of the term teambuilding, history of teambuilding and current trends and activities in teambuilding. The practical part of the thesis deals with the creation of the program itself, the creation of particular activities and the realizacion of this program. Title: Funding Opportunitites For Ice Hockey Club Slavoj Zbraslav Objectives: The key objective of this thesis is to find out new possibilities of funding the ice hockey club Slavoj Zbraslav, especially from public funds. In addition, proposals for the specific grants, that the ice hockey club can use, are made as a part of the thesis. Methods: The thesis use a qualitative method of an interview to collect the primary data. Further the secondary data are analysed with the methods of descriptive analysis and analysis of the documents. Results: The ice hockey club Slavoj Zbraslav does not use all possible grants for funding. Therefore, some of the funding program were selected and new proposals for grants were suggested. Marketing research of the customers' satisfaction in RS Sportcetrum

Title: Marketing research of customer satisfaction at RS Sportcentrum Objectives: The goal of the bachelor thesis is to find out,through marketing research, the customer satisfaction of the services offered at RS Sportcentrum. The opinions and comments received on the services provided will serve to develop proposals for possible improvements to these services. Suggestions for improvement will be submitted to the RS Sportcentrum management. After submitting the proposals, the manager's opinion and their future progress in the management of the sport center will be heard. Methods: To determine customer satisfaction, quantitative research was conducted through written and electronic queries. Qualitative interviews were used to guide the research. Results: Research results are captured using graphs and cross classification. The results show that RS Sportcentrum customers are quite satisfied. Still, certain inquiries revealed some shortcomings on which the management of the sports center could improve on. Thesis name Strategic plan for development of volleyball club TJ Sokol Žižkov Thesis objective The aim of this bachelor thesis is to prepare a strategic plan for the development of the volleyball club TJ Sokol Žižkov for three years from 1st September 2018 to 31th August 2021. Methods of work Qualitative interview with club trainers, analysis of texts and documents, SWOT analysis, Results SWOT analysis revealed the strengths and weaknesses of the club and set out the main lines of strategic steps. An analysis of competition has shown that the biggest threat is the Prague teams operating in the same competition, which can exclude a volleyball club about potential sponsorship. Analysis and recommendations of the management of the baseball club Kotlářka Praha

Title: The analysis and the recommendation for the management of baseball club Kotlářka Praha. Objectives: The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the internal environment (the strengths and weaknesses) of the baseball club Kotlářka Praha and then compare it with competitor Draci Brno. The strengths and weaknesses of the Draci Brno baseball club are included as well. The comparison of these two leading baseball clubs will help us to find out which factors are behind the long-term and repeated success of the Draci Brno club, and whether these factors can be implemented to the conditions of the Kotlářka Praha club, whose main and long-term goal is success in the Czech Extraleague and quality youth work. Draci Brno dominates in both factors. Methods: The main source of information for analyzing the internal environment of both organizations were personal interviews and correspondence via e-mail with the leaders of both baseball clubs. An audio recorder was used to record conversations. To supplement the data, a study of publicly available documents from both organizations and the Czech Baseball Association was carried out. The choice and use of foreigners in marketing of czech volleyball teams

Title: The choice and use of foreigners in marketing of Czech volleyball teams Objectives: The aim of this work is to discover, through quality research, how teams are choosing foreigners, and how they use them in marketing activities. Based on these findings, formulate recommendations which could be helpful for improving the process of choosing foreign players and their use in marketing. Methods: To obtain the necessary data qualitative research was used, based on semi- structured interviews with the managers of the teams. The results were evaluated using comparative analysis in order to formulate the recommendations. Results: Based on the interviews, it was found that the managers cannot imagine playing in the Czech highest league without foreigners. Other than game results, which should improve with the use of foreigners, managers view the players as a goods, which they can sell to the fans through marketing. Choosing to use foreigners is based on their salary requirements, which are usually quite a bit lower in comparison with the same skilled Czech players. Title - Customer satisfaction with the services of Wellness fitness centre Hany Bany Target of work - To obtain marketing information about customer satisfaction with services in Wellness fitness centre Hany Bany and further use of this information to give recommendation to increase quality of provided services. Methods - The whole work is framed on base of theory consisting on matters of satisfaction in the first place. For target of work - finding degree of customers' satisfaction with services of the centre - the marketing research contains questionnaire and semi-structured interview with centre owner. Respondents' answers are shown in graphs and descriptions. Results - Found data provides owners of the centre inherent information of customer satisfaction with services of the centre, point strong and weak parts of the centre and information about customer opinions. This bachelor thesis is important material which contains not only evaluation of customer satisfaction but also some recommendation for improvement of current situation of the centre.
Creation of markerting communication within the business plan of the new created e-shop

Title: Creation of marketing communication within the business plan of the new created e-shop Objective: The main goal of the final diploma thesis will be the creation of marketing communication for the new created online store. Methods: The theoretical and practical knowledge of internet marketing acquired during the study of the issue and in the long-term employment relationship in the area of social media was used to write the final diploma thesis. It were used qualitative research methods, such as focus group and in-depth interview. Also these methods of qualitative research together with informal interviews helped to analyse the appropriate tools of marketing communication. Results: The result of the final diploma thesis is the creation of a marketing communication campaign for the new internet shop. The campaign focuses on advertisement on social network and paid PPC advertisement. Realizing adverts on social network is planned for Facebook and Instagram platforms, which are currently a very powerful tool for marketing communications. Title: Satisfaction of I. ČLTK Praha competitive players with club services Objectives: The aim of this diploma thesis is evaluation of I. ČLTK competitive players satisfaction with club services. Then were proposed recommendations that should lead to services optimization and higher satisfaction of competitive players. Results will be presented to club management. Methods: In this research were used interviews with club management, coaches and players and then primary method of data collecting - written questionnaire. The final version of questionnaire was made after many editing, consultations and questionnaire testing especially for environment of this tennis club. Results: Results of research are presented in analytic part of this thesis in classification crosses, graphs and charts. Based on acquired data and interviews with players were proposed recommendations for I. CLTK Praha management, that should lead to quality improvement of provided services and also to higher satisfaction of I. CLTK Praha competitive players. Title: Identification of sport manager's role and creation of the type position of a sport manager in the Czech Republic and Germany Objectives: The main objective of the primary survey is to examine the job-side situation of "Sports Manager" on the labour market on the Czech Republic and Germany. Compare the differences between demands for sports managers and use the results of empirical research to introduce a sports manager. The partial goals, comments and recommendations were formulated as follows: 1) Determine which knowledge and skills are relevant to HR department (human recources department) and quantify them. 2) Verify that HR department requires education and practice, and specify the type of education, length and type of practice.
