Purpose of this bachelor work is to identify the reasons of decision to study combine form at ČZU PEF at consultation center in Klatovy. What is the motivation and what is the final outcome of the study itself. Personal ambitions don´t show to the main force. The theoretic "al" part of this work is focusing on motivation and education of adults. The reader will gain the basic terms related to this area. The practical part is focusing on gathering, evaluating and interpretation based on questionnaires with open questions and half structured dialogs.
Strategic analysis of the Farm BioVavřinec

This thesis is on the topic of Strategic Analysis of the farm BioVavřinec. The task of the study is to evaluate and propose appropriate strategic recommendations, strategic analysis. The work deals with the current state of the company and its market position. Furthermore, the works to external factors that help identify threats and opportunities arising company external. Intrinsic factors are identified strengths and weaknesses. The findings from internal and external analysis are the SWOT analysis. Work will be divided into two parts. The theoretical part describes the individual processes and tools for the development of strategic analysis. In the practical part will apply specific methods of choice BioVavřinec farm. The last part will contain the proposed strategic recommendations that will be useful for the future development of farms BioVavřinec.
Communication strategy proposal of the Relax brand

This theses follows up valuation of marketing strategy of sport sunglasses of the Relax brand and communication strategy proposal of sport sunglasses of this brand for the next season. Theoretical part of the theses summarize topics of marketing and marketing communication based on present experts opinions a trends. It pursues holistic marketing, target marketing, different conceptions of marketing mix, marketing strategies in terms of different authors, brand perception, integrated marketing communication and situational analysis. In practical part, the SWOT analysis is worked up. It is based on valuation of the situation of macro and micro environment and internal analysis that is based on the audit of marketing mix with emphasis on the communication mix. Pursuant this analysis, the communication strategy proposal is made. Its objectives were set in cooperation with management of the Relax brand.
Internal audit and its importance in optimizing production space

The essence of this work is to evaluate the current state of production and quality management and environmental management in a manufacturing company Aroma Praha, Inc., head quarters Židovice. Used any the methods of auditing processes to evaluace the current situation and suggest possibilities how to improve the current state of quality management and environmental management. Based on the findings will be drawn up its own proposals for solutions to stream line the process of quality management and environmental management in the enterprise.
Influence of Customers Involvement on Brand Loyalty

The dissertation thesis focuses on identifying relationship between brand loyalty and customer product involvement. The main goal is to find out whether customer product involvement has a positive effect on brand loyalty. In the theoretical basis are defined the main terms of brand loyalty and customer product involvement and are discussed various approaches of authors who examined the issue. The own research follows after the theoretical part whose primary data was collected by using an electronic questionnaire. The research was applied to the area of telecommunication services in the Czech Republic. On the basis of factor analyses were evaluated factors a web-based brand loyalty and customer product involvement with these factors were then made cluster analyses to find customers segments. Using correlation analyses were determined the effects of sociodemographic variables on brand loyalty and customer product involvement. At the same time it was also found the relationship between brand loyalty and customer product involvement. The research results are used for the development of the discipline, are discussed in the context of previous studies and are described in terms of theoretical and practical use.

Bachelor thesis is about corporate culture with focusing on a teamwork in BAEST Machines & Structures, a.s. Thesis has a goal to make an analysis of a corporate teamwork via a survey among employees. In the theoretical part are described corporate culture concepts and in this part is defined corporate communication and a teamwork. In the practical part is described a creation, characteristic and a corporate structure of this company. The final part of thesis analyzes the results of a survey among employees and provides a recommendation for leaders of company. For the very end of this thesis are provided informations about team efficiency.
Discount Portals in Exotic Destinations

The subject of the thesis is handling the issue of discount portals in area of exotic destinations. Especially from the perspective of consumers who shop on the servers of mass realize their purchases in travel. The aim is to analyze the potential market discount coupons relating to travel. The theoretical part will look at how the definition of basic concepts of tourism and then describes the issue of discount portals. Then, a principle of their operation, their historical development, current situation and the issue of cooperation discount sites and travel agencies. The practical part is devoted customer discount portals and trying to analyze their prefernce when buying trip. Following research are hypothetically envisioned conditions of successful collaboration between servers bulk shopping and travel agencies. Based on these findings, it is concluded and evaluation issues selling trips to exotic destinations via discount portals.

The aim of this work is to optimize these Internet marketing tools, which uses robotics unit. An important part of the work is also a theoretical view of the area of Internet marketing, such as its history, explaining basic concepts which are included in this branch of marketing or description, how online advertising systems work.
Specifics of The Internet Communication Mix in Kazakhstan

The topic of the thesis is the specifics of Internet communication mix in Kazakhstan. This work on the basis of theoretical knowledge and statistical data describes the current state of Internet marketing in the selected country. Primary attention is devoted to the most used and most effective, in terms of marketing, social networks, search engines and other online marketing tools that companies use, or which could be used to reach their target customers. The theoretical part provides the basic concepts related to the Internet marketing. It describes marketing and communication mix on the Internet and its various tools such as SEO, PPC advertising, marketing on social networks, and others. The application part is focused on the analysis of online market of Kazakhstan and compares it with the state of Internet marketing in the Czech Republic according to selected criteria. This thesis also contains recommendations, which could be used by Czech companies entering the Kazakh market.
The Possibility of Changing the Payment Process at Discount Portals

The bachelor thesis deals with the discount coupons. The theoretical part explains the concept of a discount coupon which is connected with the marketing mix. There is also mentioned the history of discount portals in the Czech Republic as well as in the whole world. The second part is about an evaluation of the present situation of using the coupons. There is also mentioned the fact that a lot of users of coupons were not satisfied with the situation about using them. The questionnaire was created to prove the thesis that there is possible negative experience with the using of discount coupons. The research subject is whether coupons fulfilled their purpose in business promotion or not. Afterwards there are finding obstacles that would essentially allow the fact of showing coupons while paying. The last part described models whether it would be possible or not to show coupons while paying. There is also suggested what would theoretically be the coupons about, if they should be submitted at the end when paying.
