Change of System of Rewarding in the Production Company

This thesis deals the system of remuneration and motivation of employees in a production company. The purpose is to analyze the current remuneration system and propose a possible change in the remuneration system with new knowledge gained through empirical research. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of remuneration. The practical part examines the current situation in the company, includes a questionnaire research. The final part of the thesis contains possible suggestions for improvement and last but not least economic evaluation of the proposed changes.

Evaluation of Organization Culture for Creating Business Ethics Policy

The thesis deals with a concept of corporate culture as an important supposition of business ethics. In the first theoretical part, based on existing body of literature and research, the issue of corporate culture and its significant impacts on functioning and effectiveness of a particular organization is described. In the empirical part, the corporate culture of a specific organization is analyzed and described using the data obtained from The Denison Organizational Culture Survey (by Denison and Neal). Based on the research results, measures leading to the change of existing corporate culture are suggested.

The subject of this diploma thesis is to define the satisfaction of emloyees with teleworking in a selected company. The first part of the thesis defines the terms related to telework from a theoretical point of view. The second part contains information about the company itself and analysis about employee satisfaction with this type of work. The third part proposes measures which aim to increased employee satisfaction.

Performance Assessment of the Selected Company according to Model Start and Proposals for the Improvement

The bachelor thesis analyzes the performance of a selected company using the START model. In the first part I explain the theoretical basis, which concerns the field of multi-criteria models. The analytical part introduces and evaluates, based on the START model, the current state of the selected company, then identifies the strengths and opportunities for improvement that the company should target in its future direction. In the next part, for some opportunities for improvement, there are proven solutions leading to increasing the performance of the company.

The diploma thesis focuses on corporate social responsibility and its analysis in a selected company doing business in the steel industry. The introductory part specifies the theoretical basis and methods and analyses used. The analytical part of the work deals with the evaluation of the social responsibility policy in the selected company and brings a comparison of the situation with a competitor from the steel industry. The last part of the thesis contains recommended activities to achieve a better level of social responsibility in the monitored company.
