Předmětem této diplomové práce je zjištění spokojenosti zaměstnanců vybrané společnosti sprací na dálku. Vprvní části práce jsou definovány pojmy, které souvisí sprací na dálku zteoretického hlediska. Druhá část obsahuje informace o samotné společnosti spolu sanalýzou spokojenosti zaměstnanců stímto typem práce. Ve třetí části práce jsou poté navržena možná opatření, která by vedla ke zvýšení spokojenosti zaměstnanců. The subject of this diploma thesis is to define the satisfaction of emloyees with teleworking in a selected company. The first part of the thesis defines the terms related to telework from a theoretical point of view. The second part contains information about the company itself and analysis about employee satisfaction with this type of work. The third part proposes measures which aim to increased employee satisfaction.
