The Business Plan

The diploma thesis deals with the design of a business plan for the development of winemaking Roman Komarov. The winery is located in Ivančice and processes Moravian grapes exclusively from its own vineyards. The thesis defines the terms, which are then processed within the analysis of the external and internal environment of the company. The results that were found in the analytical part then serve as a basis for the design part. In the design part, a business plan is created, which deals with the development of the company and investment in new technology.
Technological Entrepreneurship

This master thesis is focused on the technological development of company Zeman model. At the beginning are defined the theoretical premises of this thesis. This knowledge are used mainly in the analytical part, where after introducing the company, the analyses - 7S, Porter and SWOT – are made. Based on the SWOT analysis, 3 specific proposals are created. These are the introduction of new vacuum casting and 3D printing technologies, and the creation of a website. The introduction of new technologies is accompanied by an economic evaluation. The master thesis is finished with an implementation schedule.

The masterś thesis is focused on the system of work motivation and employee satisfaction in a selected company. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of motivation, remuneration and employee satisfaction. The analytical part evaluates the current system of motivation and remuneration of the company's employees, employee satisfaction in the field of remuneration, working conditions and interpersonal relationships in the workplace and the effects of internal and external influences on the system. Based on the performed analyzes, changes to the current system are proposed in order to increase employee satisfaction.
Design of the CSR Concept in the Company Management System

The subject of this diploma thesis is to verify the satisfaction of employees in a selected company by a questionnaire survey. The theoretical part deals with the definitions of job satisfaction, ways of motivation, employee remuneration and concept of benefits. The research part of the work is devoted to quantitative research, which takes the form of an online questionnaire. Based on the evaluated data, proposals and recommendations are made to increase employee satisfaction in the workplace.

The introductory part specifies the theoretical basis and methods and analyses used. The analytical part of the work deals with the evaluation of the social responsibility policy in the selected company and brings a comparison of the situation with a competitor from the steel industry. The last part of the thesis contains recommended activities to achieve a better level of social responsibility in the monitored company.

This master´s thesis is focused on proposal for a change in the current motivational system of the manufacturing company. The analyzed company wishes to remain anonymous and is therefore referred to as company ABC, a.s. The master´s thesis is divided into three parts. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts related to motivation, corporate culture, remuneration, employee education and development and job satisfaction. The practical part is focused on the presentation of the company ABC, a.s. and its current motivational system. At the same time, there is a questionnaire survey, including hypothesis testing. The proposal part is there to recommend proposals for improving the current motivational systom of the company. At the same time, these proposals should help to increase employee motivation, satisfaction and loyalty.

The thesis deals with employee satisfaction and motivation system of the selected company. In five logical parts, the thesis gradually focuses on the introduction to the issue, literature research, where it discusses employee motivation, communication, workplace and team and employee benefits. The main part of the thesis describes the design and realizationof the questionnaire survey, the evaluation of the results and the assessment of the company's motivation system. Based on these findings, a proposal for possible improvements in specific areas is implemented.
