This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis and comparison of selected savings and payment banking products offered to children by three largest banks operating on the banking market in the Czech Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany and in Great Britain. The reader is informed about the banking markets of chosen countries and is familiarized with payment and deposit products, which children can use. Based on the findings of this thesis is recommended for Czech banks an innovation in savings and payment banking products for children.
The Cooperation between Family and Nursery School

The theme of the Bachelor project is "Cooperation between the family and the nursery school". The theoretical part specifies the concept of cooperation, its types and relation to binding documents of both the state and the school level of preschool education. It outlines development of the cooperation and describes its specific possibilities. It deals with development of relations between the family and the nursery school, partnership building and effective mutual communication. The practical part deals with development of the cooperation in a particular nursery school. The practical part consists of questionnaire exploration in which parents responded to questions concerning the mutual cooperation.
In-store communication in Ahold Czech Republic, a. s. Company

The aim of this paper is to analyse the in-store communication of regular promotional actions in Albert stores -- to evaluate used materials and advertising support, to compare its form with competition, to reveal its weaknesses and to propose how to eliminate possible inadequacies. Albert stores are run by Ahold Company in two formats in the Czech Republic -- supermarket and hypermarket. The first part of the paper deals with theoretical background. The second part describes the Czech retail market; above all the retail chains, main characteristics of the Czech costumer and also in-store communication in the Czech Republic in general. Consequently, the in-store communication analysis of Ahold Czech Republic, a. s. Company follows. The analysis is based on an author's investigation in Albert stores and in the selected competitive stores and also on author's researches and the other available researches. In terms of the analysis mentioned above a summary of the recent in-store communication in Albert stores is presented. The conclusion also mentions author's concrete proposals for achieving its higher effectiveness.
Influence of Quality Management on the czech business domain

The aim of this thesis is to map out the situation with recent experience of czech firms with implementation of quality management system in the form of international standard ISO 9001 and confirm or disprove the hypothesis that the implementation of quality management has a positive impact for the company's economy and improves it's effectiveness. The theoretical part is devoted to the definition of quality management system and to the reason why companies implement this system and what benefits this system has. The practical part of this dissertation is devoted to the realization of questionnaire's survey between chosen companies which have implemented ISO 9001. This survey should discover benefits and costs of certification and the change of performance index of the firms.
Investment incentives in the Czech Republic

The aim of this paper is to describe and evaluate the development and the present form of the investment incentive system in the Czech Republic. Partial target is represented with its future form examination. The chapters include the description of the necessary legislation related to this topic, the comparison of the support programs and the development in receiving investment incentives concerning the manufacturing industry and the technology and strategic service centres. Eventually, the paper answers the question whether incentives should be preserved for the manufacturing industry in the future or should be fully oriented towards the technology and strategic service centres.
Dopady finanční krize 90.let na jednotlivé skupiny rozvojových trhů

Tato práce se věnuje finančním krizím vzniklým v určitých částech světa během posledního desetiletí minulého století. Jedná se především o rozvíjející se trhy (Emerging markets), část práce se též zabývá finanční krizí ERM v roce 1992. Z každé oblasti je vybrán jeden stát jako reprezentativní vzorek. ? EU ? krize v ERM + státy, jejichž měna byla zavěšena na ECU (viz. Švédsko), ? Latinská Amerika ( Mexiko ), ? Jihovýchodní Asie ( Thajsko ), ? Centrální Evropa ( Česká republika ), ? Východní Evropa ( Rusko). Zvláštní pozornost a samostatná kapitola je věnována České republice. Autorka se snaží upozornit na důvody vzniku těchto krizí (externí a interní faktory), obsáhleji se věnuje pojmům ?morální hazard? a ?nepříznivý výběr?.
