Title: Marketing Communications of HISPORT Ltd. Company Goal: The goal is to describe and evaluate the current situation of marketing communications of HISPORT Ltd. company based on analyses, which were made. Then in the consequence create new methods and tools of marketing communication that could be used. Methods: The method used in this paper was a qualitative descriptive case study, which was prepared based on the analysis of documents and personal interviews, namely semi- structured interview with a member of the company. Results: The outcome of this work is a new marketing communication strategy for the period May 2013 to August 2014 of the company HISPORT, Ltd., which was created based on the summary of the advantages, disadvantages and possible extension of existing marketing communications. The strategy includes adapted existing and new means of promotion, description of these tools, media-timing plan and financial plan. Title: Volleyball club Aero Odolena Voda marketing mix analysis Targets: To perform an overall evaluation of the current Aero Odolena Voda marketing mix, using SWOT analysis bring strenghts and weaknesses to light. Based on this analysis suggest possible modification that would lead to a better marketing mix. Methods: Using qualitative methods such as interview, alongside with quantitative methods such as questioning, SWOT analysis and using secundary dates. Results: The specific modifications of individual parts of marketing mix will be suggested. These changes should lead to overal marketing mix improvement. These suggestions will be offered to club's leadership, that will decide how to dispose of it. Use of grants for development of the field hockey sports club Slavia Praha

Title: Use of grants for development of the field hockey sports club Slavia Praha Objectives: The main purpose of this thesis was to set up preferred goals for the field hockey sports club Slavia Praha to ensure its successfull development, with an emphasis on the use of grants provided by the City of Prague. Another goal is to create a list of available grant programs for sports clubs in Prague. Methods: Two analysis methods were applied in this study. The first one was based on the analysis of the documents related to the application for available grants. Thanks to this method the overview of the available grants opportunities was created. The second method was SWOT analysis regarding the field hockey sports club Slavia Praha which contributed to the setting up of new partial and strategic task for the positive development of the club. Results: The field hockey sports club in Prague, which own or long term lease the sports real properties, can apply to the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports for grants. The other field hockey sports clubs can apply for grants of the Prague City Hall or its town disctricts. This master thesis deals with evaluation of the company TSS, spol. s r.o. (Ltd.) Třebechovice pod Orebem using earning based methods. The theoretical part contains theoretical foundations and procedures used for company evaluation. The practical part consists of strategic analysis, financial analysis, SWOT analysis, financial plan construction and final calculation of company value via DCF entity and EVA methods. The result of the thesis is the ekvity value of TSS company.
Production of a form for shooting projectile

The bachelor thesis deals with the design and production of a mold for the production of a shooting projectile using the machining technologies. The thesis describes constructional design of the mold, production of 3D component in CAD, creation of NC code and description of the production process. In the end, statistical processing of the produced projectiles is carried out.
The Price of Labour, Property Income and Social Stratification

In all societies people differ from each other on the basis of their age, sex, wealth or personal characteristics. This Bachelor thesis focuses on social stratification by income level in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the social structure of society in relation to differentiation in remuneration, respectively in labour and property income. The basis for the literature search are social and economic books and scholarly articles Czech and foreign authors. The data are collected through secondary sources in the practical part of this thesis. The result of this work is an overview of the income inequality and of the social stratification of Czech society, characteristics of different socio-economic differences and future development of these differences. These results may be useful for the government, but also for companies.
Impact of value added tax rate change on inflation rate

The value-added tax has significant fiscal and monetary effect. This tax has the largest portion of revenues from all taxes in the tax system to the state budget all European Union members. From this perspective, it is a key element for the national economy. The specific characteristic of the value-added tax affects the price of almost every goods and services in the European Single market. The initial implementation and tax rate change have effect on the inflation rate, which reflect and indicate about economic situation. The tax rate changes lead not only to different tax incomes, but also to different consumer prices. This thesis is researching strength of impact of tax rates changes on the inflation. All types of rates and their changes have different impact on the inflation and their effects are different in time. The most significant influence has a standard rate in the short term and first reduced rate in the long period. In general, the increasing of rates has stronger impact on the inflation than reducing. From these reasons is necessary thorough preparation and analysis before every tax rate change, because every tax rate change has influence on the economic stability, competitiveness of business and household consumption expenditure.

Based on the SWOT analysis methods, STEP analysis, competitive analysis and in- depth interview work brings an analysis of the external and internal environment of the department. The benefit of my thesis are recommendations to improve the golf complex marketing strategy in a competitive environment.
Aggresive Behaviour of Football Spectators

Bachelor work "Aggresive behaviour of football spectators" concerns analyzing aggression Czech fans of football teams, which plays in the Gambrinus League. The aim is to monitor the scene and try to suggest possible measures and ways to improve security at stadiums, find out where risk situations come of and draw possible conclusions to prevent them in the future. Bachelor work have two parts. The first part is theoretical and its focused on the obtaining of knowledge and definition of terms related to a better understanding of the problem. Further, to characterize the environment around football clubs, focusing mainly on the Czech clubs with the largest audience base. The practical part is devoted to collecting information, its subsequent analysis and comparison of achieved results. On the basis of this results the author tries to suggest improvements of the current options in the security field. The research methods are observation, interview, descriptive and comparative analysis.
