Queen Victoria's cooperation with the premiers Benjamin Disraeli and William Gladston

The bachelor's thesis will examine the cooperation of the British Queen Victoria with the two biggest political rivals on the British political scene in the second half of the nineteenth century. The work will deal with the analysis of Queen Victoria's attitudes to the political negotiations and measures of Benjamin Disraeli and William Gladstone. It also focuses on the personal dimension of this cooperation. The analysis will focus on the development of Queen Victoria's attitudes to the prime minister's policy from the beginning of her reign to the death of Benjamin Disraeli. The aim of this work is to assess Victoria's different behavior towards prime ministers. The analysis will be based on the study of published sources of personal and institutional nature and relevant professional literature, especially Anglo-Saxon historiography.

Detention Proceedings in the Czech Republic

Detention Proceedings in the Czech Republic Abstract The thesis Detention Proceedings in the Czech Republic is focused on the effective substantial and procedural legal regulation of the proceedings held to assess the legality of patient's admission to the health-care institution without its consent, which is summarily called the detention proceedings. The thesis therefore concentrates mainly on the proceedings held about individuals hospitalized without their consent and also about the proceedings held to assess the legality of restrains on liberty of the patient hospitalized with granted consent. The thesis is divided into two main parts and contains also the third part with de lege ferenda thoughts. The first part is focused on the bases of detention proceedings contained in international covenants or treaties and in the constitutional order of the Czech Republic, further it is concerned with de lege lata legal regulation in the Civil Code, in the Act on Healthcare Services and in the Act on Special Court Procedures. Automation of production machine operation and robotic deburring within external pneumatic tools

The task of this master thesis is to design a robotic workcell for an automation of the production machine operation followed by robotic deburring of the parts within external pneumatic tools. There is chosen the most suitable concept of the workplace layout of its included sub-components based on the input parameters. The first part is dedicated to design or select sub-components of the workcell as input magazine, robots, end effectors, deburring station etc. Afterwards, there is created a simulation model of the workcell in Process Simulate software for the verification of demanded cycle times and workcell functionality. The final design has to meet safety standards and technical and economical evaluation is permormed at the end of the thesis.

Informations and use of suplements in bodybuilding of young beginners and advanced bodybuilders.

This bachelor thesis deals with dietary supplements and their use in practitioners on both amateur and semi-professional levels. The main goal is to map out the overall usability and awareness of fit center visitors. In the first part, the theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to food supplements, their forms and division. In the second part were selected substances that are used as supplements in exercisers and further analyzed in terms of their function and effects on the body of the athlete. The research itself was conducted in the form of an anonymous questionnaire survey, which was sent to respondents electronically. The questionnaire was created on google.com and distributed in both electronic and printed form. Respondents were searched in several ways. Personal sports contacts were used to fill in and distribute questionnaires and send questionnaires to various sports clubs. The survey itself was attended by 263 respondents. The main goal of mapping the use of food supplements has shown that respondents have some information gaps in the effects of different types of food supplements. In addition to the main goal, four hypotheses were also confirmed, which were subsequently confirmed after data collection.

Conflict of interest in management of business corporations

The thesis is focused on the conflict of interest issue with relation to the management of business corporations, adjusted especially in the Business Corporations Act. The conflict of interest has been codified in a more detailed way after the recodification of the private law and this new codification brought up questions concerning practical application. The aim of the thesis is an analysis of the effective conflict of interest rules, providing proposals on how to solve some uncertainties which may appear and showing opinions of experts. The aim is also to show concrete examples of non-legislative adjustment in the conflict of interest area, especially through the corporate governance codices. The first chapter contains general information on conflict of interest, because the private law is not the only branch of law, where it can be found. In Czech public law, for example, is effective Conflict of Interest Act. Unfortunately, due to limited extent of the thesis it is not possible to analyse even the whole conflict of interest topic in private law, therefore the scope of the thesis is restrained on the general issues contained in the Sec. 54 and following of Business Corporations Act. Industry 4.0 for Production Machines

The task of this bachelor thesis is to explain the vision of the concept Industry 4.0 in the area of production machines. First part is dedicated to summarize national initiatives in the world which are reacting to the changing conditions of nowadays industry. In this part are also explained basic principles and technologies which allow to make the vision possible. The second part is dedicated to design a workcell with implemented solutions of the concept. This workcell includes CNC machine tools, industrial robots and the control station. There are also summarized benefits of implementing described technologies and obstacles which are standing in the way of achieving the goals of the vision.

Organization of judiciaryand prosecution between 1918 and 1938

Conclusion Reception and adoption of the Austria-Hungary legal order was agreed on by the politicians of the newly formed Czechoslovakia, which meant that the legal system of its state predecessor was used. The important reason for adopting this procedure and not forming a brand new legal order from the start was ensuring legal continuity, which was essential for the new state. The process could not take several years, but the system had to operate and come into force almost immediately. Only subsequently new legal regulations were to be formed and added to the adopted legal system and these regulations were supposed to reflect the situation in the state and society. After formation of the new state, it was necessary to immediately deal with the situations, which were created by adopting certain legal regulations, in which some institutions were mentioned, but these did not exist yet in the newly formed state. It concerned mainly the Supreme Court, which was established by the law 5/1918 Col. and Supreme Administrative Court established by the law 3/1918 Col. Measurement of the optical fiber

This bachelor's thesis deals with measurement methods of optical fiber. In the thesis, methods for measurements of attenuation, chromatical dispersion, and polarization mode dispersion are discussed. The thesis also deals with methods for measurement of attenuation of passive components and their reflections loss. Also discussed are parameters of selected types of optical fibers, basic findings about optical transmission and principle of wave multiplexing. The practical portion of the thesis deals with measurement of a new optical polygon in the Academic Optical Network in Brno.
