Contractual penalty and late payment interest under the Civil Code

Summary: Contractual penalty and default interest under the Czech Commercial code The purpose of my thesis is to analyze contractual penalty and default interest pursuant to the Commercial Code of Czech Republic. The paper gives a detailed description of the current legislation as well as a draft of the present Commercial Code of Czech Republic on the concerned subject matter. Moreover, it outlines the foreign legislation and a historical evolution of contractual penalty and default interest. The thesis presents in a concise form the relevant Czech case law, in particular the decisions issued by the Supreme Court. The thesis is composed of eight main chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects of contractual penalty and default interest. Chapter One is introductory and defines basic terminology, which is used in the thesis. Furthermore, it analyzes the purpose of contractual penalty and default interest, legislation in force, the historical evolution of legislation and the foreign legislation involved. Chapter Two examines an agreement on contractual penalty and default interest, its alternation and a simultaneous agreement on contractual penalty and default interest. Non-traditional Musical Instruments and their Utilization in Music Education Lessons

This bachelor thesis Non-traditional Musical Instruments and their Utilization in Music Education Lessons focuses on homemade instruments and common objects and deals with their usage in elementary music activities. The chapter about musical instruments aims to classify the non-traditional instruments and puts them into the context of traditional and children's musical instruments. A Few examples of homemade musical instruments are given. Afterwards, advantages and disadvantages related to production and implementation of handcrafts in education are discussed, while considering various criteria (accessibility, pedagogical, and psychological points of view etc.). An emphasis is put on Orff-pedagogy, which can work as the basis for music education, utilizing non-traditional musical instruments. At the end of the thesis, activities and games developing musical abilities (primarily rhythmic ability) via the use of non-traditional musical instruments are included.

Flutist Josef Bok

The objective of this thesis is to present the life and work of Josef Bok, a Czech flutist from the first half of the 20th century. It brings information on his artistic development and on people who influenced his professional growth, it speaks about his time in Russia in the historical context, and last but not least it deals with his pedagogical activities at
music schools in Brno and Prague. It also presents ?Škola hry na flétnu? (Flute Practice Book), a musical-didactic work written by J. Bok in cooperation with Rudolf Černý. The thesis tries to analyze this publication and compare it with the contemporary way of playing the flute. It marginally touches Bok?s role as a composer and a piano player.
The significance of Josef Bok is evaluated through subjective observations and memories of other flute players and family members in the conclusion.

Mezi analýzy externího prostředí patří: PEST analýza, Porterův model pěti sil, Analýza konkurenčního prostředí, Analýza portfolia a služeb, Postup při segmentaci trhu, Analýza atraktivity odvětví. Prakticko-aplikační část: PEST analýza, Analýza konkurenčního prostředí. Ostatní analýzy, návrh strategie a implementace strategie nejsou součástí diplomové práce z důvodu přání společnosti Fruko-Schulz, spol. s r.o. nezveřejňovat interní informace.

Analýza předložených projektů v rámci JPD 3

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou předložených projektů v rámci programu JPD 3. v úvodních kapitolách se věnuji fondům Evropské unie v obecné míře a postupně přecházím na Evropský sociální fond, programové dokumenty České republiky a konkrétně popisuji jednotlivé priority a opatření výše zmíněného programu JPD 3. Významnou část mé práce tvoří analýza předložených projektů v rámci tohoto programu.V návaznosti na předložené projekty analýza dále pokračuje další praktickou částí, která se zaměřuje na projekty neschválené a schválné. Součástí práce jsou také postupy předkládání a samotného hodnocení žádostí. Cílem této práce je pokusit se najít hlavní příčiny neschválení projektů a formulovat jistá doporučení pro budoucí potenciální žadatele
