V neposlední řadě byly nanočástice stabilizovány adamantan-1-aminem spolu s různými karboxylovými kyselinami a byly studovány optické vlastnosti a koloidní stabilita výsledných koloidních roztoků. V dalším kroku byly nanočástice perovskitů stabilizovány pomocí proetogenních aminokyselin L-lysinu and L-argininu. Kombinace peptidových nukleových kyselin a perovskitů s unikátními optickými vlastnostmi otevírá aplikační možnosti zejména v oblasti optických senzorů.

Monitoring methods in cardiovascular disease from the nurses point of view
PROCHÁZKOVÁ, Anna
Theoretical basis: This thesis briefly describes the current status of cardiology and diagnostic methods conducted in this area. For diagnose of heart disease are used many diagnostic metods. Such as anamnesis , physical examination. Which include, view, palpation, percussion and auscultation. Diagnostic methods can be divided into invasive and non-invasive. Invasive methods measures central blood pressure, heart catheterization, coronary angiography and electrophysiological testing. Between noninvasive methods are include blood pressure monitors, ECG, echocardiography, tilt table test, stress test and X-ray examinations. The aim of the thesis: In the empirical part of this work are conducted interviews with nurses working at the Cardiological Department in selected South Bohemian hospitals. The goal of the research was to find out which methods are used by nurses in ECG and complications that nurses know the context of the implementation coronarographic examination. Methodology: The research survey has revealed the specifics of nursing care in coronary examinations and methods which nurses perform during an ECG. The research was conducted through qualitative based on interviews with nurses. The interview contained twenty-two issues that were focused on Coronary and ECG. Inteviews were recorded on an electronic recorder after permission nurses. During the interviews, I took notes on paper. All interviews were then transferred to Microsoft Office Word. Before starting the interviews, had been sent a request for approval in writing to head nurse in selected South Bohemian hospitals. Before beginning the interviews I've printed out twenty-two questions prepared in advance. Questions were divided into three categories. The identification part, the part concerning examination and coronarographic part focused on an ECG. Results: The interview shows that nurses from cardiology department know the basic complications which may be invoked in connection with the examination of the coronary. The most common complication which could nurses experience is pain, hematoma and bleeding. Nurses don´t offten meet with less frequent complications, although they know these complications. Nurses know what to follow in order to avoid complications. Nurses are aware that proper preparation of the patient for testing and subsequently monitoring the patient's condition after the examination can prevent complications. Nurses also warn patients to avoid straining of their limb. The research shows that for nurses is ECG well known and is conducted several times a day. For the examination nurses are preparing EKG machine, water or gel, wipes, disinfecting apparatus, and gloves. Some nurses also prepares disposable razor. Conclusion: This thesis should more extend overview about diagnostics metods of cardiovascular system. I also strive to make diagnostic methods more well-known for nurses outside the cardiology department. In cardiology is constantly improving the quality of diagnostics methods and prognosis of patients is still improving. I hope that my work will bring quality and complete summary of the investigative methods in cardiology and becomes a learning tool for someone else.

Procházková, Anna ; Flemrová, Alice (advisor) ; Piptová, Ivana (referee)
This thesis aims to introduce Moravia's Roman Tales as inspiration for several 1950's and 1960's Italian films. Individual chapters focus on literary and historical context, characteristics of film and literature relationship, an analysis of selected stories and an analysis of films with respect to their linking with their literary basis. Based on the analysis of the selected short stories and films, the concluding part summarizes how individual elements (environment, characters, plot) are worked with, whether the choice of the cast manifested itself, how were the film means, which literature can not take advantage of, used, and to which extent do the films preserve the intention of the original text. A subjective review of the films touched upon is a part of the final part as well. General trends connected with the devolopment of Italian cinematography of the 1950's and 1960's are also mentioned. The appendices briefly introduce work and lives of Alberto Moravia and the directors and scriptwriters of the given films.
Biocompatibility of Peritoneal Dialysis Solutions
Procházková Pöpperlová, Anna ; Opatrná, Sylvie (advisor) ; Krejčí, Karel (referee) ; Šebeková, Katarína (referee)
Peritoneal dialysis (PD) is a form of renal replacement therapy using the peritoneum as a dialysis membrane. PD solutions employed to remove nitrogen metabolites and excess plasma fluid, and to restore electrolyte and acid-base balance are being developed to minimize local and systemic inflammatory responses while maintaining peritoneal homeostasis and host defense. The effect of chronic action of PD solutions on the peritoneum results in its remodeling and, possibly, eventual loss of peritoneal ultrafiltration capacity. Factors most responsible for late complications and peritoneal remodeling include high glucose levels in PD solutions, and the presence and formation of glucose degradation products (GDP) and advanced glycation end - products (AGEs) in the peritoneal cavity. The aim of our study described in this dissertation was to test various PD solutions with different glucose content and GDP and, using AGEs receptor ligands, to define their systemic effects and identify PD solutions with highest biocompatibility. This part of the dissertation characterizes conventional glucose - based solutions, low - glucose and GDP load solutions as well as glucose polymer (icodextrin) - based PD solutions while determining the plasma and dialysate levels of soluble receptor for AGEs (s - RAGE) and its...
Fluorescence spectroscopy in the research of aminoclays
Jančík Procházková, Anna ; Pekař, Miloslav (referee) ; Mravec, Filip (advisor)
Aminoclay belongs to a large group of organic modified materials based on clays. These materials could find many potential practical applications and, in particular, may be used as a matrix with the ability of the organisation and stabilisation of incorporated substances. The utilisation of aminoclay in the field of medical applications seems highly prospective, but there is the need to visualise the clay system and the processes within it. This essay deals with the issue of aminoclay visualisation by means of fluorescent spectroscopy. Through fluorescent spectroscopy, aminoclay was discovered to be autofluorescent. The autofluorescence of aminoclay is not usable in practical applications because of the low fluorescence intensity. This is the reason for the research into other possibilities for modifications of the internal structure of aminoclay by europium ions. These ions in chelated form are able to be fluorescent and modifications of the external structure are possible by electrostatic implementation of fluorescent dyes. Characterisation of the prepared complexes was provided by spectrofluorimetry and fluorescent microscopy for the purpose of evaluation of the practical application of aminoclay.
The future tense in contemporary Italian
Procházková, Anna ; Špaček, Jiří (advisor) ; Štichauer, Pavel (referee)
This bachelor thesis, Futurum in present-day Italian, attempts to tender a summary overview of Italian future tense, respectively future perfect tense, including all of its uses. The attention isn't paid only to the traditional use of future tense, but is also concentrated on modal occurrences, especially with reference to Renzi's Grande grammatica italiana di consultazione II. A confrontation with Czech is incorporated in all cases. By virtue of this comparison is taken special notice of the difference in category of verbal aspect, which is from the standpoint of Czech future tense really fundamental. Apart from the characteristics of simple and composite future tense this thesis deals with alternatives, which are possible in Italian language and which can be used in place of future tense just in the meaning of future actions. Also here is apparent either similar or different attitude of Italian and Czech language. The gathered theoretical knowledge is illustrated with examples. On the basis of these examples is, on the one hand, corroborated the validity of Italian grammar rules, but on the other hand, it is absolutely obvious that these rules (in a similar way as the Czech ones) are often modified by actual usage.
