Character of a handicapped person and the impact of his/her individuality on matual interaction with the other society.

My Bachelor´s work deals with personality of a visual handicap individual and his impact on the surrounding society and vice versa. Visually handicapped people represent about 60 000 {--} 100 000 people of all age groups in the Czech Republic whereas about 10% of them are totally blind. These numbers include people with different types and levels of visual perception impairment. A man´s eyesight perceives 70-90-% of all environmental stimuli. This fact classifies visual perception as the most significant human sense organ. Therefore vision loss or reduction in eyesight limit the individual in all areas of his life, in his psychic and physical development, in a personal development and the educational process. A personal development is more or less limited then and becomes less individual, very variable and more dependable on the environment and the mutual interaction. The aim of this work called A Personality of Visually Handicapped Individual and the Impact of His Internal Individuality on Mutual Interaction With Surrounding Society has been to introduce an individual with severe vision handicap to people who are not handicapped. This work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part contains anatomy and physiology of the eye, the description of vision defects, vision defect causes, their classification, the impact of the defect on an individual development and a family acceptance of the problem. It also mentions prevention, education of children with visual handicap, some legislation and the list of compensation aids. The aim of the work and the hypotheses are stated in the practical part. The aim of this work has been to find out what are the attitudes and views of general public towards visually handicapped individuals, if people are affected by prejudice or if they accept these people positively and what positions handicapped people can occupy in the surrounding society, especially in the regions of Hradec Králové and Central Bohemia. I stated two hypotheses. The first hypothesis assume that visually handicapped people are viewed negatively by general public. The second hypothesis says that these negative feelings can, but need not affect the behaviour of the surrounding society to visually handicapped people. Quantitative research methods such as questionnaires completed by healthy population and electronic questioning visually handicapped people were used. The work should become an information material for general public so that healthy population can realise what areas of human activities a visual handicap affects and what influence it has for handicapped people, their families, relations and the surrounding society in general.

Turistic Publicity and the final client groups

The aim of this work is the analysis of travel agencies and their products, which are available to people living in České Budějovice and its environs. I have worked out a summary of different kinds of tourism and particular package tours, trips or excursions that are being offered within each of this kinds of tourism. Promotion used by every single travel agency has been studied throughout its web pages. This web pages are a medium for the communication between the customer and the agency. Anothers functions are to supply information about the company and its products as well as to mediate a buying of tour. The appearence of web pages are closely associated with the sort of tours, that are offered on them, and with the part of costumers that the trips are dedicated for.

Podpora rozvoje lidských zdrojů v České republice v rámci Společného regionálního operačního programu

Česká republika je na úrovni Evropské komise výrazně kritizována v otázce podpory rozvoje lidských zdrojů, které v ČR nejsou podle názoru komise dostatečně podporovány. Se vstupem ČR do Evropské unie, se postupně otevírají nové možnosti, jak podporovat lidské zdroje na úrovni firemního, veřejného a neziskového sektoru. Hlavním cílem mé práce je na konkrétním případě ukázat jeden ze způsobů podpory rozvoje lidských zdrojů v České republice za pomoci Operačních programů EU pro období 2004-2006. V první části se zaměřuji především na problematiku rozvoje lidských zdrojů z teoretického hlediska, na vymezení pojmu rozvoje lidských zdrojů, důvodech, cílech a způsobech jejich rozvoje. V druhé části se pak zaměřuji na již zmíněný konkrétní příklad programu na rozvoj lidských zdrojů. Jde o projekt realizovaný za podpory Společného regionálního operačního programu a je realizován neziskovou organizací - občanským sdružením Místní akční skupina Via rustica, která působí v západní oblasti kraje Vysočina. Toto sdružení je stručně představeno na začátku druhé části.

Vztah funkcí interního a externího auditu ve výrobním podniku a v podniku poskytujícím služby

Diplomová práce srovnává interní a externí audit. V prvních kapitolách jsou obsaženy definice, vývoj a profesní profil. Dále se zmiňuji o etickém kodexu a popisuji postup provádění obou druhů auditu. Praktickou část jsem zaměřila na podniky Škoda Auto, a.s. a Accenture. S rostoucí velikostí podniku, která byla měřena počtem zaměstnanců, obratem a hodnotou užívaného majetku, se zvyšovalo riziko omylů a podvodů. Proto bylo vyžadováno, aby správnost účetnictví byla vedena vedle nezávislého externího posuzování také interními auditory. Většina podnikatelů se během své práce setká s problematikou auditu a to jednak při uspokojování požadavků legislativy a dále při řízení podnikatelského procesu. Společnou vlastností každého auditu je nezávislost. Za nezávislost se v této oblasti považuje buď nezávislá osoba ? auditor a nebo nezávislost na auditované činnosti. Strategy of the company Škoda Auto, a.s.

Práce hledá příčiny úspěchu dosahovaného společností Škoda Auto, a.s. v době po joint venture s koncernem Volkswagen. Zabývá se zkoumáním konkurenční výhody firmy a jejích zdrojů v historii a současnosti. Při hledání konkurenční výhody se práce zaměřuje na produkt firmy, na její společenskou odpovědnost a na trhy, na kterých Škoda Auto, a.s. působí. V závěru práce identifikuje hlavní příčinu konkurenční výhody firmy, tzn. joint venture s koncernem Volkswagen.
