The subject of my bachelor thesis is a description of the process of a bid organisation in a constructing company with using the tools of project management. In this bachelor thesis there is a combination of a theoretical part with a practical part. Both of them are linked together on the presentment of one chosen bid. This bid has been a new building of Zivnostensky dum in Hodonin, which was realised during years 2011 and 2012 by Stavebni firma Plus,s.r.o. ( Building Company Plus, Ltd).

Tne aim of this bachelor’s thesis is a risk management inside construction company. The bachelor’s thesis is divides on the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains information about risk in projects, basic division and control. The practical part solves risks on a particular construction contract in a particular company. The part includes identification and risks assessment with a proposal for preventive measures to reduce or complete elimination.

Time Management as one of the managerial competencies

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of time management as one of the managerial competencies needed to successfully perform managerial work. The diploma thesis shows a theoretical point of this theme, its application in practice and empirici research. The main aim of diploma thesis is to show to managers the possibilities of such self- assessment may be carried out in the field of time management, discover their strengths and weaknesses in this area and find potential opportunities for development. To develop the empirical part of diploma thesis I chose technique of management shadowing, method of 360degree feedback and Competency Based Interview. Into the research I have included three manager women of non-profit and profit organizations. The research resulted serious and less serious individual shortcomings in the theme of in time management. The most serious shortcomings may include reluctance to delegate tasks, which is due to a lack of confidence in the ability of colleagues and subordinates managers, and inability to reject the request due to a sense of guilt against the applicant. Assisted contact with children

1 Summary Assisted contact with children The aim of my thesis is to describe the new phenomenon of social work i.e an assisted contact with children. In the theoretical part I focused on areas that are connected with parent-child assisted contact, and that parents solve the most often. I gave a definition of parental responsibility and interests of the child, which are described in legislation or conventions. In relation to this, I focused on divorce, and what defense mechanisms can a child have on the disintegration of the family, and how it is able to come to terms with this new reality. Also, what may happen if the child is refused to see the other parent after the divorce. I described parental alienation syndrome, which is related to this topic. Furthermore, I described the possibilities of solving problematic parent-child contact (parents agreement, court rulings and family mediation). I also defined assisted contact. Under what circumstances it occurs, what are its types, functions and its development. Following are examples of organizations dealing with assisted contact. Nursing Care of a Newborn with hyperbilirubinemia

The thesis deals with the nursing care of newborns with hyperbilirubinemia. It is processed in the form of case study. It consists of a theoretical and a practical part. There are described hyperbilirubinemia, its occurrence, incidence, symptoms and causes in theoretical part. Furthermore the work describes the pathophysiology of hyperbilirubinemia, where is mentioned the metabolism of bilirubin and its toxicity. The thesis continues by hyperbilirubinemia splitting, describes the most common types of hyperbilirubinemia, its diagnosis, treatment, prognosis, follow-up care of children with hyperbilirubinemia and prevention of hyperbilirubinemia. The thesis also deals with the specific and complex nursing care of newborns with hyperbilirubinemia in the practical part. The work describes here the process of the hospitalization, the patient's case history and nursing issues. As the most current nursing issues for the selected patient are stated: Ensure and maintain optimal body temperature, an eating disorders and the prevention of nosocomial infections in connection with the insertion of the peripheral venous catheter. TITLE: The Environmental Education in the Basic School of Červené Pečky AUTHOR: Jana Nováková DEPARTMENT: Katedra pedagogiky TUTOR: PhDr. Alena Thorovská ABSTRACT: This bachelor's thesis called "The Environmental Education in the Basic School of Červené Pečky" points out the possibilities how to realize the environmental education in a basic school. Elementary environmental and pedagogical notions, teaching methods, and reasons for the environmental education are clarified in the theoretical part. The practical part is divided into two projects which deal with water. The first project works with elementary school pupils and this one should enrich pupils' knowledge and experience with water. The junior pupils in the second project learn about ponds nearby. The practical part comes out of the research which was accomplished by means of a questionnaire. The emphasis in both parts is put on the progress in pupils' relation to nature when using practical environmental activities. The aim of this thesis is to increase the pupils' interest in nature, to discover natural relations and the laws of nature, to recognize the familiar environment and to create a positive attitude to it, last but not least to understand the importance of the environment for us and for next generations. The aim of the thesis is to find out if and how the expectations of the readers change with their literary context and to discover the extent to which the contemporary writers Petr Nikl and Philippe Lechermeier come to meet their audiences. To answer this question various methodological procedures are employed: observation and then comparison of Czech and French literary context to form the hypotheses. The hypotheses are verified by the case study based on the analyses of two books (Záhádky by Petr Nikl and Le Journal secret de Petit Poucet form Philippe Lechermeier) and on the analyses of critical reviews and comments.
