Contribution to the use of new types of carbon paste and fiber electrodes for voltammetric and amperometric determination of 5-amino-6-nitroquinoline and resveratrol

7 ABSTRACT (EN) This dissertation thesis is focused on the study of electrochemical properties of new types of carbon paste electrodes (CPE) and carbon fiber rod electrodes (CFRE), which were used for the development of new highly sensitive and selective voltammetric and amperometric methods for the determination of 5-amino-6-nitroquinoline and trans- and cis- isomers of resveratrol. The carbon paste electrodes were compared in terms of size of the microparticles of glassy carbon contained in the paste (diameters 0.4 - 12 µm; 10 - 20 µm; 20 - 50 µm) in comparison with carbon paste electrode consisting of crystalline graphite and solid glassy carbon electrode. The electrochemical properties were tested using potassium hexacyanoferrate in an aqueous supporting electrolyte and 5-amino-6-nitroquinoline (5A6NQ) in a mixed methanol-water supporting electrolyte. The carbon paste electrode was further used in an amperometric detector of a wall-jet type connected in series with a spectrophotometric detector for the development of a new HPLC method with electrochemical detection and spectrophotometric detection for the determination of trans-resveratrol and cis-resveratrol in samples of grains, hulls and leaves of common and tartary buckwheat. Communicational mix of the festival Pelhřimov - the City of Records

Title: Communicational mix of the festival Pelhřimov - the City of Records Objectives: The objective of this Bachelor thesis is to describe communicational activities, the way of promotion and individual communicational instruments of the festival Pelhřimov - the City of Records which were applied in 2011; afterwards to evaluate the quality of the communicational mix which is based on the interview and the document analysis; and then to suggest more effective methods of propagation using chosed communicational instruments. Methods: The methods that were used for describing the marketing communication, which was used during the 21st year of the festival Pelhřimov - the City of Records, are a document analysis and a descriptive case study. Another used method, which helped to find out internal information about the festival and its propagation, was one of the methods of interviewing, namely a semi-structured interview. Results: A proposal of four instruments of communicational mix, their orientation, the way of their realization and timing has been made. These instruments will be presented to the management of the Good Day Agency. This bachelor thesis deals with evaluation of national milk production. In the first part of the thesis I mention elements, which influence quantity and quality of produced milk, and elements, which influence it's encashment. The influence od the elements is described in connection with level of production and also in connection with economical aspects. In the second part of the thesis I described the situation on trade in milk. I mention primary data about national trade in milk and I compare them with data from europian trade in milk. The last part of thesis is oriented on the influence of EU on national milk production. Actual change i paid attention to was EU quotas abolition.

Projekt nového leasingového štandardu z pohľadu IASB

The work aims to analyze the new leasing standard which is supposed to be adopted by IFRS as well as US GAAP. The new standard represents one of the steps in the process of harmonization and convergence between two predominant world accounting standards, which has been in progress since the year 2002. The work provides readers with the comparison of these two leasing standards, resulted from which the need of common lease standard arose. This led to the first exposure draft of convergence standard issue, and finally the re-exposure draft issue. Because the new accounting standard is still in progress, I provide the analysis of the process as at the end of August.

Communication strategy of Vodafone in the Czech market

This Bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of the communication strategy of Vodafone in the Czech market. The aim of this work is to identify and evaluate the communication strategy of Vodafone and also to find out how consumers perceive not only Vodafone but also its competitors. Then on the basis of this analysis and survey suggest an optimum communication strategy for Vodafone. The work is divided into two parts, in the theoretical part term communication, marketing and communications mix are defined and also a few new trends in marketing communications are described. In the second part Vodadone and its competitors are introduced, including analysis of the positioning of operators in the Czech market. Furthemore, the communication strategy is analysed and its individual elements are described. The last part deals with the survey, on which is based SWOT analysis and my own recommendations.

Cílem průzkumů Božídarského rašeliniště bylo v roce 2001 doplňování druhové bohatosti jednotlivých skupin posuzovaných organismů (lišejníky, mechy, houby, vyšší rostliny, vybraní bezobratlí a obratlovci). U vyšších rostlin byl průzkum dále zaměřen na přesnou lokalizaci jednotlivých populací, výpisy dalších údajů z historických pramenů a posouzení zastoupení zvláště chráněných a ohrožených druhů v průběhu let.
