The thesis “A Suggestion for the Improvement of the Company Culture in the Centre of Insurance” deals with the analysis of the corporate culture in the Centre of Insurance, a company that provides financial services. The main target of the thesis is to ascertain the power and standard of the corporate culture, as well as employees’ satisfaction. It aims to identify the elements of the corporate culture according to Schein’s model, and based on a questionnaire enquiry suggest such measures that would improve the corporate atmosphere and thereby contribute to the increase in the productivity of labour.

The dissertation pursues to improve the communication mix of the company OKNO SYSTEM cc, and thereby strengthen and improve its competitiveness and raise awareness amongst the clients, which could contribute to the winning battle against opposition. I have subdivided the dissertation into three segments, namely the theoretical segment, which summarises the most important knowledge drawn from literature; followed by the analytical segment, in which I cover the situation of the current marketing as well as the communication mix, of the opposition as well as the clients. The final segment of this dissertation comprises of proposals and suggestions to improve the current state of the communication strategy.

The goal of this Master Thesis is to analyse current marketing situation within SYSTRA JM s.r.o. While this paper is aimed at conducting marketing analysis to find irregularities and failures, special attention is drawn, mainly, to suggesting remedial action directed at reducing or outright eliminating potential negative aspects. The final part of the analytical section is devoted to examination of results obtained from conducted interview survey as well as important facts supporting the proposal of SYSTRA JM s.r.o. Communication Strategy.

The diploma thesis "Marketing strategy of a company“which is divided into theoretical, analytical and design. The main objective of this thesis is to design a marketing strategy of the manufacturing company, focusing on key products and strengthen its position in the chosen market segment. The chosen strategy is built on identifying key product (the product or at least profitable product, which is losing market position), its detailed analysis and recommendations for appropriate development activities, including its location on the selected market. These outputs are also the basis for the formulation and determination of optimal strategic objectives and action steps to comply with this proposed strategy.

The thesis deals with potentialities of a company, whose activities are focused in the intrnet environment. Together with maintaining a fisherman portal, the company is involved in producing instructional and narrative movies with fishing themes. In the thesis, different ways to approach special interest groups are discussed, as well as different means of advertising services to these groups. The thesis concludes in several proposals, that may result in the company growth.
