Rizikové chování u žáků na střední odborné škole

Risk behaviour of pupils at high schools is not yet a widely researched topic in literature. The purpose of this bachelor thesis is therefore to identify, describe and interpret the degree of risk behaviour among pupils in high schools. Accordingly, the main research question is whether and to what extent risk behaviour occurs among high school pupils. First, the theoretical part of this study deals with the issue of risk behaviour, its types, the factors that influence it and the prevention. For the research part, a quantitative approach using a questionnaire was chosen. The respondents of the questionnaire were pupils in their first and second year of high school. In total three high schools were involved in the research investigation, namely the high school in Kuřim, the high school in Brno and the high school in Hustopeče.

Comparison of the dynamism of the cardial rate by different kind of the Aerobic dynamic kickbox and Aero-kickboxing

Title: Comparison of heart rate dynamics In Aerobic Dynamic K.ickboxing and Aero-kickboxing Goal: Assessment of heart rate dynamics In Aerobic Dynamic K.ickboxing and Aero- K.ickboxing Method: For evaluation of relations connected to performance of cardiovascular system of respective individuals questionnaires were used. During selected classes of Aerobic Dynamic K.ickboxing and Aero-kickboxing I have measured heart rate using sport testers. Collected data were analysed and graphically evaluated via Polar Precision Peďormance 3.0. software. The outcome in the form of graphs showing individual's heart rates were the subject ofmy assessment. Results: Research results confmn the hypothesis that the motoric content and structure of individua} classes are sirnilar, classes differ in intensity of peďormance which is reflected in different heart rate dynamics and obtained values. Během 90. let se v české společnosti začala konstituovat nová společenská vrstva singles, která upouští od tradičních hodnot týkajících se vstupu do manželství a založení rodiny a rozhodla se žít o samotě. Právě singles se stali předmětem mé diplomové práce, kterou jsem rozdělila na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části své práce jsem se pokusila vystihnout základní problematiku singles, svou pozornost jsem zaměřila nejen na charakteristiku, ale i na různé typologie singles, jejich partnerské vztahy, zmínila jsem také historické okolnosti, které ovlivnily vznik této skupiny lidí. V teoretické části jsem se také věnovala otázce sňatečnosti a reprodukce, pokusila jsem se pomocí literatury zjistit, jaký názor a jaký postoj k této problematice zaujímají současní mladí lidé a také jakou vizi o své budoucnosti mají. Vzhledem k tomu, že obraz singles není dosud ucelený, rozhodla jsem se v praktické části své práce zjistit, jaký obraz o životě singles poskytují média. Jako média jsem zvolila dva typy periodik, a to časopis Maxim, který je primárně určen pro muže a časopis Harper's Bazaar, který je určen především pro ženy. Tato periodika jsem sledovala v první polovině roku 2010, kdy jsem nashromáždila určitý korpus textů, které jsem pak podrobila analýze. Jako metodu práce jsem zvolila...

Reasons for discontinuation of distraint - Abstract The subject-matter of this diploma thesis are the reasons for the discontinuation of distraint performed by a court distrainor in accordance with the Rules of Distraining. The importance of the chosen topic is justified by the fact that the only means the liable party can use to effectively defend themselves against distraint is a motion for the discontinuation or postponement of distraint. The first part of the diploma thesis deals with sources of the legal regulation, the most important amendments and the basic terminology which is closely related to the discussed procedural institute of the discontinuation of distraint. One of the key principles governing the distraint proceedings is the principle of protecting and defending the liable party while performing distraint. The chapter focused on basic principles affecting the course of the distraint proceedings deals particularly with those principles that are applied in the stage of the distraint proceedings from the filing of the motion for the discontinuation of distraint, or the motion for the postponement of distraint, until a decision on that motion is taken, or also in the cases where a decision on the discontinuation of distraint is taken even without filing a motion. Influence of cyberspace on social relationships of adolescents

The following diploma thesis deals, in accordance with its objectives and recommended primary literature, with addictive behavior in the Internet environment of adolescents, in the context of social services. The theoretical part resulted from the above mentioned primary literature, but due to its year of publication also from a variety of other up-to-date resources. The legislative frame and conditions necessary to diagnose addictive behavior. The social work with adolescents which has an addictive behavior on the Internet is primarily based on sector theories, but also points to multidisciplinary approaches. The empirical part, consisting of a questionnaire and subsequent analysis of the first grade, examines some aspects of adolescent behavior in cyberspace. The work is completed with a proposal for optimization measures.
