Apartment building
Hubáček, Radim ; Kozubíková, Ivana (referee) ; Matějka, Libor (advisor)
The subject of the bachelor thesis is the project documentation for the construction of the apartment building with almost zero energy consumption. The main objectives of the thesis include the design of the layout, construction and material solutions. The residential building is located on an almost flat terrain with a slight slope on the eastern edge of the village Modrá. It is a five-storey fully basemented building. None of the residential units are designed as barrier-free for people with limited mobility, but access to the building is barrier-free. If necessary, it is possible to change the layout of one of the apartments to a barrier-free apartment. The vertical load-bearing structures are made of ceramic blocks. Perimeter walls are made of thermally insulating ceramic blocks. The building is based on a foundation slab with stiffening foundation strips securing the slab for uplift due to groundwater. The foundation slab is connected to the reinforced concrete perimeter walls of the basement and both the walls and the foundation slab are made of waterproof concrete due to the presence of groundwater. The perimeter masonry is made of thermally insulating ceramic blocks with integrated mineral wool. The horizontal load-bearing structures are made of monolithic concrete. The roof is designed as a flat single-skin vegetated roof. The apartment building has 12 residential units, non-residential premises, fitness and technological facilities. Parking spaces are located in the outdoor area behind the building. The building has been assessed for fire safety, thermal engineering, acoustics, sunlight and daylighting and has met all investment and regulatory requirements.

This bachelor thesis processes project documentation for an apartment building with nearly zero energy consumption at the level for the realization of building. The foundation building located in Brno, in the city district of Řečkovice and Mokrá hora, has four above-ground floors and one underground floor. It is set in a slightly sloping plot on Tereza Novaková Street. In the vicinity of the future new building there is a development of family and apartment buildings. The main intention was to design comfortable, spacious and modern housing with low energy costs. Also an important goal was the use of empty land in the built-up area with the most efficient built-up. The layout of the apartments is suitable mainly for families with children. One apartment on the ground floor is designed as a barrier - free with regard to Immobile groups of residents. Access to the building is wheelchair accessible, the building has an elevator, the House meets the requirements for wheelchair use. In the basement of the building there are garage primarily for residents of the House. The elementary materials used for construction are brick and concrete, from which the supporting structures of the object are made. Roof of the building above 3rd floor it is designed as an operating and vegetation, roof space above 4rd floor it serves for technical maintenance of the House. The bachelor thesis is prepared in accordance with the current legislation of the Czech Republic as amended on the date of submission of the bachelor thesis.

Kuňák, Radim ; Kozubíková, Ivana (referee) ; Matějka, Libor (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to prepare the design documentation of a new residential building that will meet the requirements and conditions for a building with almost zero energy consumption. This apartment building has been designed in such a way that its operation does not interfere with or restrict the operation of adjacent apartment buildings on adjacent land in the vicinity. The new apartment building is situated in the town of Zlin, in the cadastral and urban part of Priluky u Zlina. Among the advantages belonging to this plot is its flatness, which will facilitate the process of construction of the apartment building or other adjacent buildings. On the land used by us, a parking lot will be designed with 24 parking spaces, one of which is intended for people with mobility disabilities and the other for families with children, these parking spaces are located closest to the entrance to the BD on the west side. The residential building is designed as a four-storey, partially basemented building. In the apartment building are sized storage spaces, technical facilities of relevant technologies, common areas serving as a place of recreation for the residents of the BD and separate residential units. The total number of residential units is 15. They are divided into 3 layout categories - 1+kk, 2+kk, 3+kk. Residential units on the 1st floor have recreational space terraces. Residential units in 2.NP and 3.NP have balconies or loggias designed for recreation. The largest apartment in the 4th floor has a spacious terrace on the vegetated roof designed for this purpose. If necessary, the layout of apartments and common areas can be changed to meet the requirements of barrier-free use of the building by people with disabilities. The bachelor thesis has been prepared in accordance with the current legislation of the Czech Republic as of the date of submission of this bachelor thesis.

Health Center
Kalenda, Lukáš ; Kozubíková, Ivana (referee) ; Matějka, Libor (advisor)
The subject of this master´s thesis is the preparation of selected parts of the project documentation for the construction of the health centre. The building is designed as nearly zero energy building. The aim is to design a suitable layout that meets the requirements for the operation of a small-scale health centre without an inpatient area. It is also necessary to select a suitable structural and material solution. The building is situated in a gap in an existing terraced development on a flat site. The building consists of three floors above ground and one underground floor. The foundation of the building is made up of plain and reinforced concrete foundations in combination with reinforced concrete footings in place of columns. The vertical load-bearing structures are made of therm ceramic blocks, which are supplemented by reinforced concrete columns inside the layout. In the case of the perimeter masonry, the construction is supplemented by a contact insulation system and a ventilated facade with cladding made of metal cassettes. The horizontal load-bearing structures are made of reinforced concrete monolithic slabs. Flat vegetated roofs are designed over the lower parts of the building. The uppermost roof plane is designed as a double-skin roof with a stacked concrete tile covering. In the basement area of the building there is a technical background, while it is possible to further subdivide these spaces and use part of them as a warehouse or filing cabinet. On the first floor there are 3 commercial premises usable for example as a pharmacy, optics and beauty salon. On the second floor there are a total of 5 surgeries with a common waiting room and 1 dispensary. There is also 1 commercial space usable as a massage studio. On the third floor there are 2 dental surgeries with a common X-ray room and one dental hygiene surgery. The layout of all floors also includes sanitary facilities divided for staff and visitors. The thesis includes an assessment of the proposed building in terms of building physics (thermal technology, acoustics and daylighting) and fire safety.
