ADHERENCE IN PATIENTS WITH DIABETES MELLITUS 2. TYPE Student: Pavlatová, J. Tutor: Matoulková, P. Department of Social and Clinical Pharmacy, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové, Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic Introduction: Perceptions have been associated with medication adherence. Medication beliefs are explored with the use of the Beliefs about Medication Questionnaire (BMQ). Medication beliefs have been associated with underuse of antihyperglycemic medications in patients with diabetes mellitus 2. type. Czech translation of the BMQ has been validated in the cohort of chronicaly ill patients. Aim of the study: To identify medication beliefs in the patients with diabetes 2. type, to estimate adherence with medications in those patients. To identify whether there is medication underuse because of cost. Methods: Consecutive patients with type 2 diabetes who came to fill the prescriptions in the two pharmacies in Kostelec nad Orlicí during October - December 2011. Those patients were asked to fill the questionnaire that consisted of the BMQ-specific scale, MARS (Medication Adherence Report Scale) and additional background questions. Aim of study: The main aim of this study is the evaluation of hospital drug formulary in faculty hospital in Motol and revise selected groups of drugs. Methods: The information about the consumption of drugs and the hospital drug formulary was taken in the Motol's hospital pharmacy. Using Microsoft Excel the retrospective evaluation of drug consumption was taken for a period of time from July 2011 till December 2011. The method DU 90% was used to define the quantitative evaluation. For model revise groups of drugs was assessed effectiveness in accordance with evidence-based medicine, costs, compliance, safety and consumption of drugs. There is not enough relevant data on the use of drugs and other therapeutic agents during pregnancy in the Czech Republic. The aim of this work was to identify and analyse drugs, food supplements, complementary and alternative medicine and information sources used by women during pregnancy. Methods An observational cross-sectional survey was conducted in three maternal wards of The Institute for the Care of Mother and Child in Prague. A questionnaire was distributed for 6 weeks during May and June 2015 to all women meeting the inclusion criteria. Comprehensibility of the questionnaire was verified by a pilot survey, these results were not included in the evaluation. Aim of study: The aim of this study was to evaluate the rate and conditions of patient counselling in pharmacies in the Czech Republic and compare data and knowledge with the experiences gained from the literature search. Methods: Data of the prospective study were collected by questionnaire. The questionnaire was sent to 2287 Czech pharmacies in February 2011. Questionnaire consisted of 21 questions. Data were evaluated by software MS Excel and processed by frequency analysis. One of the ways how to achieve this aim is monitoring of drug prescription and patient's financial participation on the therapy. Aim of study: Observation and analysis of drug prescription aimed at the prescription of the drugs used in the therapy of diabetes mellitus. Analysis of bought of preparations bought without a prescription. Finding out how much pay patients as supplementary fees connected with provided health care. Methods: The research was made in November and December 2007. 150 patients, 65 male, 85 female were chosen randomly of the patients who visited The Pharmacy Medica in Povazska Bystrica. Patients answered the questions connected with the prescribed drugs they took, the preparations they buy without a prescription and supplementary fees connected with provided health care they pay. The introduction of lipid lowering medicaments in clinical practice is one of the most therapeutic procedures affecting the prognosis and quality of life of patients Aim: Monitoring during treatment of patients with dyslipidemia, standardization of lipid levels, achieving the targets in the blood lipid levels. Monitoring prescription lipid lowering in the years 2002-2007 Methods: 177 patients were monitored (92 men, 85 women, average age 59 years) in the form of retrospectives, the period of 5 years. The aim of my bachelor thesis is to analyse present marketing strategy of Skiareal Rokytnice nad Jizerou. Threats that influence the company externally will be identifyied on the basis of results of macroeconomical analysis. Evaluation of microeconomic environment proceeds from analysis of competition and attendance. In following chapters the thesis concentrates on marketing mix and SWOT analysis. Strategy of Hyundai Motor Company in the international markets

The thesis deals with the current form and determinants of further development of the automotive industry and strategy of Hyundai Motor Company, the fastest growing automaker in the international markets of these days. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first one is devoted to recent development of the automotive industry with a closer focus on the main characteristics of the Czech market and mentions the major trends affecting the industry. Next part introduces HMC and analyzes the development of its position in the global automotive market. Subject of the third chapter is an analysis of the company's business strategy, which has become the key factor of its growing importance. It mentions the main company objectives, the process of creating a strategic plan, different strategic approaches in the international market, phases of strategic brand management and discribes history of the company strategy. The final part focuses on the reasons of the construction of Hyundai factory in the country, evaluates it's position in the Czech market and the analysed strategy.
