Information System Assessment and Proposal for ICT Modification

This thesis deals with the assessment of information systems of the selected company and proposals for amendments of it. The content of the first part is the explanation of basic terms used in this field. The thesis also analyzes the current status of the infor-mation system and the assessment of its efficiency. Based on the evaluation of the anal-ysis the individual solutions for improving the current state of the information system of the company in terms of balance and efficiency are proposed.

Controlling in the Civil Engineering Firm

The aim of the diploma thesis is to contribute to solve current problems in controlling in the civil engineering firm. I put main accent on using right instrument of controlling for specific company. Diploma thesis analyzes controlling proces in company OHL ŽS, a.s. In introduction is defined the concept of controlling and its theoretical principles. In other parts of the diploma thesis is described current sutuation of controlling in the company. In concrete example are showed proposals of possible improvement in the controlling of buildings, mainly in realization part of the building.

Cooperation between kindergarten, primary school and family

This thesis is centered on the subject of the form of cooperation between the kindergarten, the primary school and the family to prepare the children and their families for the least problematic transition into primary level education.The theoretical part of the thesis is characterised as focusing on the confluence of pre-school education and primary school education and in particular in this section I measure the depth of understanding of the topic of preparing children for entering schooling. Subsequently I bring attention to the possible risks which can appear when a child starts primary school and I look into the cooperation of the family and the school in the curriculum documentation. In the practical part of the thesis the basis is action research from actual dialogues with teachers who teach the first grades, I attempt to uncover which classifications of cooperation between the kindergarten, primary school and family will have the most positive effect on enabling the smoothest transition to the new environment. I described effective methods of cooperation which will encourage the smoothest induction of children to the new school, and I mention the possibilities of how to inform the family of possible challenges which can appear in certain circumstances. Práce zahrnuje úvodní obecnou analytickou část, jejímž účelem je stručné informativní shrnutí současného poznání a komplexní podstaty řešené alejové problematiky. Na tuto část navazují konkrétní kapitoly v rámci odborné aplikované části: Mapování a dokumentace alejí (popisující stanovené a odzkoušené metody mapování, dokumentace a evidence sledovaných jevů a prvků významných alejových linií a stromořadí v krajině), Množení alejových dřevin (kde jsou rozebrány vhodné metody přemnožení vybraných alejových dřevin, péče o ně a jejich další pěstování) a Obnova a management historických alejí (kde jsou popsány jak současné postupy a principy péče a ochrany alejí a jejich dřevin, tak i používané metody (včetně zahraničních) revitalizací a obnov, které jsou významné z hlediska současné praxe).
