This bachelor’s thesis deals with diagnostics of one object divided to 4 residence units. Technical construction resarch had to be made due to owned wants knock down his residence unit and build a new family house instead o fit. Object is located on the street Žebětínek 17 in Brno-Medlánky. Resarch includes enumeration of all damages before demoliton o rafter that, diagnostics of object wich is being demolished and consequences of demolition to buildings nearby.

This bachelor thesis deals with construction and technical research and design of diagnostic methods. In the practical part are this diagnostic methods applicated to preliminary and detail research of existing object of old restaurant in village Velichovky. Output of this paper is a list of the necessarily works to get this building in use.

Diagnostic analyzes of an existing family house

The thesis is mainly a structural engineering investigation of an old family house in Mladecko, Opava district. The whole object was measured, documented and examined; and after finding a series of defects, the aim of the theoretical part became to describe problematics of humidity and moisture in buildings. Moreover, because of the absence of previous documentation, there was a reason to carry out a brief historical study of the evolvement of rustic buildings, that became the second part of the theoretical work.

The object of this bachelor`s work is the description of preparation process, implementation and evaluation of static load test in-situ, including measurement technologies and load methods. The aim of this work is to outline the development and to analzse the eazs of performin load test in-situ. A static load test of concrete iron steel-boarded floor in-situ will be mentioned as the particular example.

Diagnostic research of the family house

This bachelor’s thesis deals with technical construction research of the family house which is located in 15 Horní Street in Brno. Technical construction research had to be made, due to the change of the owner of the house and to determine the status for possible reconstruction. Research includes description of the methodology of diagnostic work on building and evaluation of research with results and draft measures. The results consider the state of structure and status of its component parts.

Structure diagnostics in relation to the current condition assessment

Bachelor’s thesis is concerned with the construction diagnosis methods used for assessing existing reinforced concrete constructions. In the practical part of the thesis, the methods mentioned are apllied for a technical reconnaisance of the facility in the sports and recreational compound Kraví Hora in Brno, which is supposed to be reconstructed early. The diagnosis process results are interpreted in the summary of the thesis.

It describes their implementation and evaluation, as well the tools needed for their realization and also their advantages and disadvantages. The aim of the thesis is to compare most commonly used testing methods and to describe their application in practical example of static load test of brick pillar.

Measurement methods of strain on the construction

The main goal of bachelor thesis is evaluation of methods used for proportional transformation measurement based on the results of concrete panels applied load tests. Next thesis conclusion is comparison of real measured values and values determinated by appropriate static calculation. The first part describes possible measurement methods of construction deformations, drifts and deflections. The second chapter describes in detail tensometric methods of proportional modification on construction. The conclusion recounts measuring instruments application on construction, panels examination consecution and evaluation of acquired data.
