The collective buying phenomenon in the Czech Republic

Collective buying has become a widespread trend on the Czech Internet during the last year. This thesis deals with the phenomenon of collective sales and its aim is to find out how the system works and why different parties join it. The first chapter presents the development of collective buying in the world and what it means in the Czech Republic nowadays. The second chapter specifies several reasons which motivate customers and entrepreneurs to join the system and it mentions a number of marketing activities of the intermediaries influencing the customers' decision. The whole process of the discount activities is described in the third chapter and the fourth one analyses the opinions of Czech customers and entrepreneurs on sales campaigns.
Application of a CRM system in the sector of congress tourism

Congress tourism is one of the most dynamic forms of tourism, a growing sector that places increasingly higher demands on information technologies.The first part of this work deals with congress tourism from the marketing and sales department's point of view. The second part deals with basic CRM system characteristics. The third section describes the changes in the CRM system and their contribution to the specific company.
Development of Electronic Commerce in Transport

The aim of my work is to present an overview of services traded on the internet in transport in the Czech Republic and their subsequent comparison with other countries. I have focused primarily on the development of electronic commerce in passenger transport, where the main providers of these services in the Czech Republic are the Czech Railways, Student Agency and the City of Prague with its project Opencard. In my work I present detailed information on offered services, their development from the beginning until now, focus on procedures of purchase and payment. In the thesis, I summarize the pros and cons of selected services, evaluate the sale of services online, compared with their - for a long time only - paper versions. Based on the findings emerged, I tried to assess the quality of online services in transport, where I chose as main criteria their simplicity and clarity, which are important pillars of successful development in e-commerce.
Internet as a means of communication and promoting companies

The Internet is considered to be an enormous contribution in the human history. It does not mean only a certain "space", where people communicate, gain knowledge, but it also serves as an advertising space for companies. It is no longer important for companies to be able to orientate themselves purely on the market but also on the Internet. The goal of this thesis is an assessment of the options of internet marketing, because every good manager, who wants to keep pace with competition, realizes its advantages and necessities. The thesis is divided into 2 parts: theoretical and practical part. Theoretical one deals with the importance of the Internet in terms of marketing, marketing mix and communication mix on the Internet. The second part is focused on the practical application on the basis of the theoretical knowledge and represents a potential concept of marketing activities in the certain company into the future.
Development of Internet and e-commerce in China

The goal of the bachelor thesis on development of Internet and e-commerce in China is to provide detailed insight into the Internet environment in China. The thesis is divided into several parts. The first is about the history of development, the second describes the current status. The third chapter is dedicated to the analysis of successful business on the Internet in China, the last chapter suggests possible future development of Internet and e-commerce in China. The work also deals with political and social aspects affecting the Internet and e-commerce in China.
Electronic business in Slovakia

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to specify and analyze the concept of electronic business, specially the one part of it- e-shop, which includes application to the chosen company. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The theoretical part consists of two sections. First chapter characterize the concept of the Internet and all activities connected with its. Also analyzes pros and cons and the development of the Internet. Electronic business is main topic of the second chapter. First the concept of e-business is discussed in general and then all his forms are specified. The chapter consists of positive and negative sides that are brought by electronic business. The practical part deals with concept of e-shop in overall, as well is extended of concrete example. The conclusion is summing up all gained information and offer some solution and possibilities for the companies, which are in position to introduce e-shop to their business philosophy.

The aim of the bachelor thesis was the practical ability to use emphirical datas about web page design and their application on chosen company. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter explains the concept of the internet communication and analyzes all its parts in detail. The second section deals with the evolution of the internet communication and the history of the Internet till the present days. The second chapter sums all the obtained information and technologies used in the process of company's web page design. The third chapter contains practical web page creation of the chosen company with the evaluation and author's recommendations. The conclusion evaluates the entire thesis and includes the author's opinion.

The topic of this bachelor thesis are social networking on the internet and its marketing utilization. The aim of this thesis is to present the most popular social networking sites nowadays. Antoher aim is comparation of these sites in global context and in environment of the Czech republic. This thesis also clarifies risks and opportunities of these sites and some examples of this behavior. In the last part of thesis the autor summarizes collected data and together with his own research applies them on the official Facebook site of The Faculty of International Relations of the University of Economics, Prague.
