Kongresová turistika je jednou z nejdynamičtějších forem cestovního ruchu a jako rozvíjející se odvětví klade čím dál vyšší nároky i na informační technologie. Tato bakalářská práce se v první části zabývá problematikou kongresového cestovního ruchu, a to zejména z hlediska marketingového a obchodního oddělení firmy. Druhá část je věnována systému CRM a jeho základním vlastnostem. Třetí část popisuje provedené změny v systému CRM a jejich přínos konkrétní společnosti. Congress tourism is one of the most dynamic forms of tourism, a growing sector that places increasingly higher demands on information technologies.The first part of this work deals with congress tourism from the marketing and sales department's point of view. The second part deals with basic CRM system characteristics. The third section describes the changes in the CRM system and their contribution to the specific company.
