Tato práce se zabývá fungováním sociálních sítí na internetu a jejich možným obchodním využitím Cílem této práce je představit ty nejpoužívanější sociální sítě. Součástí práce je dále jejich porovnání v Globálním kontextu i porovnání s českými sociálními sítěmi. Práce dále objasňuje rizika i příležitosti ve využívání sociálních sítí a jejich praktické příklady. V závěrečné části autor shrnuje nasbírané poznatky a v součinnosti s vlastním dotazníkovým šetřením aplikuje na oficiální stránky Fakulty mezinárodních vztahů VŠE Praha vedené na síti Facebook. The topic of this bachelor thesis are social networking on the internet and its marketing utilization. The aim of this thesis is to present the most popular social networking sites nowadays. Antoher aim is comparation of these sites in global context and in environment of the Czech republic. This thesis also clarifies risks and opportunities of these sites and some examples of this behavior. In the last part of thesis the autor summarizes collected data and together with his own research applies them on the official Facebook site of The Faculty of International Relations of the University of Economics, Prague.
