Vývoj a rozmístění pěstování a produkce řepky olejky ve světě
KUČEROVÁ, Lucie
The bachelor thesis deals with oilseed rape - distribution of its production according to the countries of the world, NUTS EU regions and also distribution of its sowing areas in districts of the Czech Republic. It also deals with the development of oilseed rape production in the countries of the world (between 1961 and 2017), in the NUTS EU (2000-2017) and in the districts of the Czech Republic (1990-2019). The data sources are Faostat, Eurostat and Agrocenzus. The data are processed in the form of tables, development charts and especially cartographic products - cartodiagrams, cartograms of development and maps of localized points. Oilseed rape production in the world continues to grow. Canada is the largest producer, follows China and India, but the largest Production comes from the EU (mainly France, Germany and Poland), where it is concentrated in the central part of the European temperate zone. In the Czech Republic, oilseed rape is grown almost throughout the territory, except for mountain border areas, extensive agglomerations and other non-agricultural spaces.
Mapping of the trial and error method in solving problems in structural environments Spider web and Exhibition grounds
Kučerová, Lucie ; Havlíčková, Radka (advisor) ; Jirotková, Darina (referee)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to observe and describe the use of the trial-and-error strategy in two didactic environments from the Hejné method among pupils in the second and third year of primary school, who are educated using the usual method of teaching mathematics. The theoretical part deals with the definition of heuristic strategies, their classification and a closer description of some selected heuristic strategies. The key chapter is devoted to the description of the trial-and-error strategy and its inclusion among the solving strategies. It also deals with the problematic attitude of teachers and the wider public towards this strategy. At the end of the chapter, the advantages of its use in solving mathematical problems are included. The next chapters deal with work with mistakes, the child's experiment not only in teaching, and thus follow on from chapter 1.3. Chapter 1.7 describes Hejné's method of teaching mathematics and the didactic environments with which this method works and which are important for the practical part. At the end of the theoretical part, I define the distribution of the curriculum in the second and third years, which influence the students' approaches to solving. In the practical part, the research methods of unstructured observation and the method of verbal...
Plánování osobní historie virtuálního agenta
Kučerová, Lucie ; Brom, Cyril (advisor) ; Toropila, Daniel (referee)
Episodic memory is an important component of "minds" of many longliving virtual agents, because equipping such an agent with his personal history increases his e ciency and believability. So far, research on episodic memory modeling in the context of these agents has focused mostly on producing the memory content on-line, that is, when the agent is being simulated. In this work, we address a complementary issue, automatic generation of the memory content off-line. We see a possible need of a tool for generating memories that anticipate the start of the simulation. Hence we created a complex design method enabling a designer to specify high-level requirements on an agent's history and use planning to automatically generate this history according to these requirements. We detail the structure of the high-level language used for the description of the requirements and the part of this method that concerns itself with the planning. In a set of experiments, we tested the performance of several planners on our task and we present here the results we gained.

Kučerová, Lucie ; Zitko, Jan (advisor) ; Miletín, Miroslav (referee)
Charles University, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Analysis Candidate: Lucie Kučerová Supervisor: doc. PharmDr. Jan Zitko, Ph.D. Consultant: PharmDr. Martin Juhás Title of diploma thesis: Design, synthesis and evaluation of pyrazinamide derivatives as potential antimicrobial compounds II Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex and is currently one of the most common causes of death from an infectious disease. Treatment of tuberculosis is long-term, combined and controlled to prevent resistance. Resistance is very serious and therefore treatment is always performed with more antituberculars at the same time. Finding new drugs and improving existing ones is a constant part of research. In the theoretical part I tried to summarize information about tuberculosis, its causative agent, diagnostics, possible prevention and treatment strategy. I have described the most commonly used antituberculars, especially the first- line antituberculars - pyrazinamide, from which the derivatives synthesized in my work are based. In the experimental part I described the procedures and reactions used for synthesis of the new compounds, which were formed by combining pyrazinamide with various amino acids. In this...
The Odry region after World War II in life stories of its inhabitants
Kučerová, Lucie ; Mücke, Pavel (advisor) ; Kreisslová, Sandra (referee)
This Master's diploma thesis elaborates on the history of Odry region, particularly the period after World War II, when it underwent a significant transformation. The goal od the thesis is to do a thorough micro-historical research of the postwar history of the region with respect to the transformation of the formerly German areas into the reclaimed lands of the Czech nation. It is divided into several chapters. In the first chapter I evaluate the source base to the topic; I investigate various literature related to the transfer of the Germans and the frontier settlement (its regional provenance being taken into account), archival sources and narratives - memories of displaced Germans from the presently analyzed region and several examples of the recorded oral-history interviews. In other six chapters I elucidate the situation of the Odry region in particular periods: in 1938, during World War II, and in the era of the liberation, followed by the transfer of the German population and the process of a new habitation. The last chapter then discusses the postwar Odry region as a home both lost and obtained. The paper provides insight into the postwar transformation of the Odry region in the period after the World War II perusing primarily the memories of those who were directly involved. Key words the...
A toolkit for simulating wolf pack
Kučerová, Lucie ; Brom, Cyril (advisor) ; Holan, Tomáš (referee)
The aim of the project is to develop a research tool for a biologist/ethologist interested in wolves. The application simulates life of a pack of six wolves. It implements a simplied model of wolf behaviour. Wolves are simulated by means of autonomous agents. The model includes several parts of wolf ethogram, mainly those that are essential to survive - fi nding prey and water, sleeping etc. Wolves are also able to perform several basic social interactions. To get plausible behavior of wolves, many parameters must be set, for example the quantity of prey or the period of starving after which a wolf critically needs to feed. One part of the work was also to find rates of these parameters which ensure that the model will not embody huge abnormalities (i.e. incapability of wolves to survive for a longer period of time).
Europeanization of Parliamentary Parties in Czech republic
Kučerová, Lucie ; Just, Petr (advisor) ; Novák, Miroslav (referee)
The process of the European integration finalized institution-wise by the EU presents an evergreen discussion topic of virtually all the areas of social studies. One out of many consequences of this phenomenal integration scheme of the modern times is the topic of europeanization of the national structures of the single member states. This thesis is focused on discovering the rate of europeanization and analyzing the overall attitude of the parties represented in the parliament of the Czech Republic. As the research on europeanization is struggling with methodological and terminological ambiguity, the first chapters of the thesis are devoted to the overview of the most important conceptions, models and approaches in relation to the europeanization topic. There is also space for the phenomena related to the europeanization process (euroscepticism, political parties on the EU level and so on). The specific analytical frame reflecting the main criteria of the research of the Czech political parties is consequently introduced based on the detailed description of terms and concepts. Europeanization is assessed in the minimalistic way - as process closely related to the existence of the EU. The europeanization process itself is then understood as a reflection of the European integration in the domestic...
Protection of trade secrets (focusing on Directive 2016/943)
Kučerová, Lucie ; Patěk, Daniel (advisor) ; Josková, Lucie (referee)
Protection of trade secrets (with a focus on Directive 2016/943) Abstract The subject of this diploma thesis is to assess the protection of trade secrets in the context of Czech legislation with the comparison of the requirements of the Directive on the protection of trade secrets. The diploma thesis is based primarily on the valid legal regulations and Czech case law, which is associated with the regulation of the protection of trade secrets. Individual subjects of competition invest in research and development to gain a competitive edge or maintain their competitiveness. The results of their innovative activities are often subjected to dishonest practices aimed to disrupt or abuse them. The institute of trade secrets is one of the important ways to protect the results of innovative activities. Its importance is confirmed by the adoption of Directive (EU) 2016/943 of the European Parliament and of the Council. The first part of this diploma thesis focuses on the definition of the concept of trade secrets according to the Czech legislation, its comparison with the concept of the Directive and evaluation of their mutual compliance. The second chapter is devoted to the main theme of the diploma thesis, which is the protection of trade secrets under the law against unfair competition. I consider its regulation...

Analysis of physical stress of teacher and the factors influencing it in teaching mathematics at primary school
KUČEROVÁ, Lucie
The diploma thesis is a pilot study focused on the analysis of teacher activities, physical load and factors that influence it in teaching mathematics at primary school in mathematics teaching, in the context of activities and methods of work that the teacher puts in the context of curriculum in this educational area. In the introductory part there are necessary theoretical bases for the work and fulfillment of the set goal. Pedagogical research is realized on two probands - teachers of 1 st. Elementary School. The basic method is to analyze the teaching activities of both teachers in 4 classes. The collection of necessary data is obtained by the method of observation, where the evaluation is based on multimedia records of 7 mathematics lessons from a two-month period. At the same time, using the heart rate sensing method in both probands, we recorded average heart rate and local heart rate extremes. In the results section, the results of observations and recordings from sport-tester with graphs are interpreted, where each unit is supplemented by a discussion. The final part summarizes the results and recommendations into practice.
