This bachelor thesis deals with processing of colour image histogram. To better undestanding of this problem it describes individual methods which edit colour image and its histogram. The thesis suggests a program implementation which allows processing of colour image and its histogram.

New methods for super-resolution imaging

This master's thesis deals with methods of increasing the image resolution. It contens as a description of theoretical principles and description of calculations which are wellknown nowdays and are usually used for increasing image resolution both description of new methods which are used in this area of image procesing. It also contens a method which I suggested myself. There is also a description of methods for an evaluation of image similarity and a comparation of results from methods which are described in this thesis. This thesis includes implementations of selected methods in programming language MATLAB. It was created an application, which realizes some methods of increasing image and evaluate their results relation to the original image using PSNR and SSIM index.

Experimental study of lubricant films in contact of machine parts

This bachelor thesis is focused on the description of methods for experimantal study of lubrication films in contact of machine parts, particularly for non-conformal surfaces, for which elastohydrodynamic and mixed of lubrication is typical. The methods are devided according to measured quantity into the methods for film thickness measurement, contact pressure measurement and temperature measurement. It was described the principle of these methods, the equipment, application and characteristics. Finally, evaluation of current status and further development are included.

Warehouse reengineering in specific wholesale company

This Thesis aims to conduct analysis and reengineering of work methodology and warehouse layout in specific wholesale company. Thesis is divided into phases. In first phase the suitability of existing warehouse is reviewed. There will be evaluated hypothesis that existing warehouse is dimensionally insufficient, with incorrect layout and insufficient intake and expedition area. In second stage, there are created possible variants of reengineering and those are regarding to the conditions of uncertainty analyzed with Monte Carlo method.

Electromagnetic-based nano-resolution microscopies for biological research

Research of cell biology is principally related to progress in imaging under diffraction limit of visible light and to the functional imaging. This paper brings short review of experimental techniques including Photonic force microscopy, Scanning microwave microscopy and other relevant techniques. The possibility of employing these techniques for elucidation of endogenous biological electromagnetic activity is discussed

Electric field generated by higher vibration modes of microtubule

Certain structures in a living cell may generate electric oscillations. Microtubules, which form a part of a cellular skeleton, belong to this class of structures and ful-fill all conditions for generation of electric oscillations in kHz÷GHz band. We present selected results from calculations of the oscillatory electric field generated by higher vibration modes of microtubules. We propose that the electric field of certain modes may play specific function in cellular organization

Perception of upcoming pension reform

The study aims to comprehensively examine the attitude of the population of Czech republic to planned reform of pension system. Study also examine its knowledge on the existing pension systém, pension reform and on possibilities of investments for their future rents. Those informations were obtained by a method of standardized questionare. The study analyzes those data and identifies possible cause sof measured phenomenona
