Universal Bootloader for Kinetis K60 Microcontroller
Krůpa, Tomáš ; Crha, Adam (referee) ; Šimek, Václav (advisor)
The scope of this work was to design a bootloader for Kinetis K60, an ARM Cortex-M4 microcontroller. The bootloader should simplify the process of loading user applications to the flash memory of the microcontroller on the Minerva development kit. Based on a quick research of existing bootloader solutions, new bootloader was designed together with communication protocol that would suit the needs for transfer of both the file data and configuration information through all the supported communication interfaces - USB, SDHC, Ethernet and RS-232. On the PC side, development of bootloader’s application library and two supporting utilities with graphical and command line interfaces was made. The system can be used out of the box as well as it can be further extended in the future.
Modelling of 8051 Processor
Krůpa, Tomáš ; Kajan, Michal (referee) ; Masařík, Karel (advisor)
Computer modeling is nowadays very important part of development of almost any new product. The objective of this bachelors thesis is to develop a model of 8051 microprocessor that should enlarge a portfolio of customizable processors available for Codasip platform. The complete model is described in two levels of abstraction the instruction accurate model and the cycle accurate model. For verification of the model, ANSI C programs translated by SDCC compiler were used.
Statistical tests of normality
Krupa, Tomáš ; Maciak, Matúš (advisor) ; Omelka, Marek (referee)
The aim of this paper is to present the well-known normality tests used in practice and to compare them. The first chapter consists of the basic concepts and properties of the nor- mal distribution. In the second chapter 6 normality tests are treated, namely Kolmogorov- Smirnov, Lilliefors, Shapiro-Wilk, Anderson-Darling, D'Agostino-Pearson and Jarque- Bera. For each test, test statistic and shape of critical region are given, among others. The third chapter, with empirical study, contains two parts. In the first part, nature of the study is briefly explained and level of significance declared by tests is empirically-checked. In the second part, power of tests is empirically compared against various alternatives and the results are discussed. 1
