Preparation of Special Educationist for Inclusion School
KREJČOVÁ, Lucie
This bachelor thesis deals with the preparation of special educationist for inclusive school. In the theoretical part, there are described concepts of integration, inclusion, common education, professional workplaces and the position of a special school educationist . For the research part of the bachelor thesis there are determined two main research objectives. The first objective describes the possibilities for further education of special educationists in the common education area. The second objective aimed to find out how special educationist perceive the common education of pupils in the education mainstream. For the research part there was used the qualitative type of research based on the method of questioning. As a technique of data collection was selected the semi-structured interview. The responding sample collected ten school-special educationists who work at primary schools in the South Bohemian Region České Budějovice and Strakonice. The research has shown how often the special educationist attend additional qualification courses and common pupil training courses which are currently offered by a different institutions and they looking for the necessary information on current legislation. From the analysis of special educationists personal opinions , I came to the conclusion that mainly negative opinions prevailed among them in the question of the common education. Very often there were criticized unpreparedness and lack of knowledge of educationists, so frequent legislative changes or the large number of pupils in the class. On the other hand there was positively evaluate a support for pupils with special educational needs thanks to support measures and also the same opportunities for all pupils. The results of the bachelor's thesis can be used by special school educationists working in schools as well as by special educationists working in school counseling facilities. Here after educationists assistant or university students in the field of special pedagogy study. I see the benefit of this work in the need of the current situation mapping which is new in the Czech education system and has not been studied yet well up to now.

Title: Correlation of evaluation criteria of non-investment programs of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports on the example of Czech Badminton Union Objectives: The aim of this work is to determine the degree of dependence of the evaluation criteria of national sports associations on the amount of funds received from the non-investment programs of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. Methods: In this thesis was used a method of analysis of secondary data, namely documents issued by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and the Czech Badminton Union. For the calculations in the practical part of this thesis was used correlation and regression analysis. The MS Office Excel tools were used to determine the correlation coefficients - Regression function and then the Solver function to predict model situations. Results: For all the evaluation criteria surveyed in this thesis, the positive dependence to income of Czech Badminton Union was confirmed. The increase in the membership base, the number of national team players or the number of players included in regional youth training centres cause the increase of volume of financial contributions received from the non-investment programs of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. The most significant value was measured by the...
The Content and Structure of Sexual Fantasies of Men and Women
Boudová, Kamila ; Klapilová, Kateřina (advisor) ; Krejčová, Lucie (referee)
Several researches have studied sexual fantasies (SF), and many studies have described the gender differences in frequency, content and incidence. However, most of these studies work in a quantitative way of analysis. The data are obtained from questionnaires containing reductive statements that can be interpreted differently by respondents. The results are sometimes very different across studies. In the present work we have therefore decided to use qualitative and quantitative method of analysis to study the content of SF of men and women and to describe the gender differences. For our research, we obtained data describing the most popular SFs (using a questionnaire with closed-end and open-end questions and also from a freely written favourite SF in the form of a film script by respondents) from a total of 407 women and 159. The sample was based on quotas created according to the data of the Czech Statistical Office (2011). The quotas selected an age-representative sample of 100 women and 100 men whose fantasies were analysed. In terms of qualitative analyses, we have described the following interesting categories regarding female SF: sexual activity occurring in SF; the importance of a submissive role for women; high preference in group activities. In male SF, a large variability of explicit...
Judgement of personality based on recordings of dance and gait (obtained using Motion Capture)
Vávra, Jan ; Lindová, Jitka (advisor) ; Krejčová, Lucie (referee)
Judgement of personality based on recordings of dance and gait (obtained using Motion Capture) This study raises the question if it is possible to assess personality traits based on body movement while dancing and walking if we isolate movement from other non-verbal cues. The theoretical part of the study lists theoretical concepts associated with this question and summarizes previous research on the subject. The main part of this study is empirical research: the movement of 21 women was filmed using Motion Capture technology which captures human movement by recording the coordinates of key segments of the body. A virtual female character was used to re-create the movement of the research participants. The resulting footage was then presented to 187 raters, who scored segments of it on two sets of personality scales. The comparison of the raters' scores and self-assesed personality of the participant is subject to the analytical part of this study. The results showed several correlations between assesments of personality traits and self-assesed personality traits, but those were never the same traits (i. e. extraversion was never recognized as extraversion, but possibly manifested itself thorugh ratings of other traits). We also found several more general factors on which the raters' assessments of...
Biodegradation of selected psychopharmaceuticals in underground water using Pleurotus ostreatus
Krejčová, Lucie ; Cajthaml, Tomáš (advisor) ; Pivokonský, Martin (referee)
The ability of the ligninolytic fungus Pleurotus ostreatusto degrade 4 pharmaceutical drugs and 5 compounds which are either used during drug manufacturing or are created as by-products was studied. These compounds were detected in groundwater near a drug manufacturing plant. The maximum concentration levels of the selected compounds in tested groundwater samples variedfrom0.23 µg/lto 227.87 µg/l apart from 1 compound which was not detected in any sample. The degradation efficiency of P. ostreatus was examined with individual compounds as well as with the mixture of all 9 compounds. When degrading individual compounds P. ostreatus lowered the initial concentration (10 mg/l) of 5 compounds by 62-100% after 14-day cultivation in malt extract-glucose medium. When degrading the compound mixture P. ostreatus lowered the initial concentration (2 mg/l of each compound) of 5 compounds by 50-100% after 14-day cultivation in malt extract-glucose medium. Acute toxicity tests with Vibrio fischeri suggest the formation of metabolites which are more toxic than the original compounds. The EC50 value for individual compounds during toxicity tests with Vibrio fischeri was 5.45-131.98 mg/l. Keywords:biodegradation, pharmaceuticals, ligninolytic fungi, Pleurotus ostreatus, groundwater, toxicity, Vibrio fischeri

Name: Lucie Krejčová Supervisor: Mgr. Eva Vítová Opponent: Title of bachelor thesis: Utilization of robotic systems for gait training in neurorehabilitation Abstract This work is dedicated to robotic systems, that are used in neurorehabilitation for walk training. Locomotor training is ranked as number one by most neurological patients. Huge demand for gait encourages the creation and development of new technologies such as exoskeletons. The basic question in my work is if robotic gait systems are efficient in rehabilitation. The work is consisted from two parts, part one is theoretical and part two is practical. The theoretical part is conceived as a research benefiting mostly from foreign studies and articles which are focused on robotic systems. This part provides an overview of robotic systems according to various ways of categorizing and their brief description. The separated chapter is devoted to the Lokomat system. The question about efficacy of robotic systems in neurorehabilitation for gait training. This basic question of this work has been answered on the basis of informations from foreign studies. Robotic systems in neurorehabilitation have been found to be effective. Key words: robotic systems, Lokomat, gait, exosceleton
