Evaluation of the Financial Situation of the Company Tesla Jihlava, s.r.o.

This thesis is devoted to the evaluation of financial situation of the Tesla Jihlava Ltd. on the market. The methods and selected indicators of financial analysis are used to its rating. For comparison with the competition there is elaborated and subsequently evaluated also financial analysis of FOREZ Ltd. company, which is the biggest competitor of the described one. A comparison of these two business objects deals with the period of six years and specifically started from 2007 to 2012. On the basis of found results there are offered such solutions and arrangements for improvement of the financial situtation and the position of this company on the market.

Audio signal dynamic compressors

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to get acquainted with the problems of analog compressors dynamics of the audio signal and practically verify one selected diagram. It deals with individual functional blocks compressor dynamics and shows examples of their implementation. Explains the characteristics of analog compressors and clearly justifies their importance. The thesis also describes the different topologies of analog compressors. Also discusses dynamic processors as such and summarizes their distribution by elementary principle and functionality.

Saving power and area with multi-bit pulsed latches

Diplomová práce se zabývá typy výkonových ztrát v technologii CMOS a následně jejich řešením metodami nízké spotřeby, které lze použít v oblasti zákaznických integrovaných obvodů. Jednou z možných metod pro nízkou spotřebu výkonu je vícebitový pulzní klopný obvod, který lze použít jako náhradu za standardní vícebitový klopný obvod typu master-slave. Vícebitový pulzní klopný obvod se skládá ze dvou částí, pulzního generátoru a pulzního klopného obvodu. V diplomové práci jsou popsané topologie, které mohou být použité. Konečná topologie byla vybraná na základě nízké spotřeby a plochy. Z vybrané topologie je vytvořeno schéma vícebitového pulzního klopného obvodu, které je porovnáno se schématem vícebitového klopného obvodu. Následně jsou vytvořeny layouty potřebných vícebitových pulzních klopných obvodů a porovnány jsou se standardními layouty vícebitových klopných obvodů. V závěru práce jsou navrhnuté vícebitové pulzní klopné obvody odsimulovány v jednoduchém designu.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to analyse current financial situation of Figarostav s.r.o. company and to design a proposal for improvement of its financial situation. The thesis is divided into three main parts: theoretical, analytical and practical. The first part deals with the theoretical background of the topic. The next part focuses on the investigation of problem areas using the financial analysis method during the period of years 2009 to 2013. The third part outlines the possibilities to advance the financial situation of Figarostav s.r.o. company based on the implemented analysis.

Upgrading of Trutnov hl.n. Railway Station

The aim of the diploma thesis is a design of the reconstruction railway station Trutnov main station for compliance with current operations and especially with regard to persons with reduced mobility. So it was necessary to design the platform edge with a height of 550 mm above rail level. The design also deals with the drainage of reconstructed tracks and sidings connection.

For this purpose introduce cast iron with content of Si and Mo. Focusing on improvement of SiMo51 for increased high-temmperature corrosion-and fatigue life in exhaust-gas temperatures up to 800 oC. Thesis set up survey types alloys, properties, and way of casting production.
